This company is fake — please stay away.
They only contact people through text messages. Their Google page appears to be fake as well. I posted a review, but it never shows up, which is very suspicious. This business seems to be operated from overseas, and their website, addresses, and online presence are all misleading or fake. Be careful.
I was worried about this at first. Please remember it takes time as they mention it does, It is not instantly and takes a few days.
BUT it worked! Communications between us were great, will use again

BEWARE OF FRAUD!!
I bought a number from them for $400 and received the wrong account information and my number did not fully port. I could only call out and text out and I could not receive any calls or texts at all! You can't call them because the number says text them only and when you do try to call it hangs up on you automatically. Nobody responds to the texts. The testimonials on the website are fake and so are these "2-5" star reviews! I requested a refund and never got it. I'm out $400! Go to a legit American company!

1. He has a large business with many employees.
Fact: He is a one man show.
2. He has largest number of inventory of vanity phone numbers
Fact: 99% numbers on his site are third party vendors.
3. He has a very reputed Busniess.
Fact: If you disagree or don’t buy a number as he negotiates, he goes after defamation using his vanity numbers
4. He is very fair with everyone
Fact: Ed Mence is a racist.
I cannot recommend or not doing business with him, keep above points in kind.
