Awesome Head unit and excellent support!
The product that I received was in excellent condition. It looks and works great in my vehicle. All of the plastic trim seems sturdy. If I had to knock it, it didn't have any instructions and the radio model was new, so there were no installation videos that I could find. But, they made up for this by having great technical assistance. They have a scheduling system where you can create an appointment. The person who contacted me(same day) was very knowledgeable and articulate. He resolved the three issues that I had within 10 minutes. I appreciated that.
Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. I had an issue with my install where some features didn't work. It was super easy to schedule a time for technical support to call me to help. They did a video call using my phone. I showed them the back of my device. Turns out I didn't plug one of the wires in. Jin walked me through it and it fixed all my issues. Took only 10 minutes to fix with 5 of those minutes being me unbolting the touchscreen.

My wife ordered an android head unit…
My wife ordered an android head unit from these guys for a 2009 Cadillac ctsv iv been busy with building the drive train, tuning the car and we moved from Virginia Beach to Springfield mo. 8 months later I opened the sealed box to find a used piece of crap it’s exactly what she ordered but it’s used. The screen has finger prints all over it and is scratched not deep but from lots of touching and swiping. Definitely no protective screen cover Which in the video the technician shows how to remove this protective screen covering well. This one didn’t have one along with the scratches from Prolong touching. So I figured well we got screwed because I didn’t open the box as soon as it came in because I was too busy and I went ahead and installed it And the screen has a picture of a CTS with the lamest rims the CTs came with lol I mean 🤡Phoenix🤡 get it together not a CTSv Pretty slack right well it gets worse. If the temperature outside is below 60, the screen won’t even turn on so you have to drive down the road with no defrost which luckily I haven’t needed yet And the CTSv has HVAC controls There can be used rather than using the touchscreen, but these do not work until the radio turns on. I understand some things don’t work right all the time but when somebody returns something and then you turn around and mail it to a new customer that’s just plain messed up and a scumbag move. Thanks 🤡Phoenix🤡. I would stay away from this company oh one more thing my wife purchased two year warranty, but they don’t have it on file but I have it on the bill I think somewhere around $1600. I don’t remember the exact number but stay away from these people especially if you have a nice car you wanna be rolling around looking all junked out Once again, thanks 🤡Phoenix🤡 I got more to tell but I’m so disappointed it’s over 🤡clowns🤡 I just went to the reviews, and I realized they are reviewing their self if you notice all the reviews there when they review their self, it’s about how good the tech-support is please now Is having to use tech-support a good thing that just shows you these reviews are fake the ones that are not fake all have one star all the other ones have five stars no in between please.🤡clowns🤡

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Avoid Phoenix Automotive!
Unit came as defective. Sent back complete unit with all of the mounting hardware and cables for a new replacement. I received a used unit in a tore up box without any of the mounting hardware almost 2 months later. Then, they tell me I don’t qualify for a refund because it’s beyond 30 days. A horrible experience!! I purchased from Phoenix because of their US presence. You’re better off buying from Ali Express at a much lower price! The service from Phoenix is just as much of a gamble!

Jes was my tech, Customer service has been really good on my end. Sent emails, Facebook messenger, and even called and got quick replies. I was having an issue with SRS airbag, AC not working, and my reverse camera not displaying on screen. I set an appointment for a call with video ( google meet) and the tech was patient( that damn harness and all the wires) and he walked me through installation the proper way( a few connectors on a installation photo weren’t correct but he got me situated).
Head unit is pretty solid, my music sounds a lot better, ac controls are quick responsive. Big thing for me is over hotspot I was able to download apps with no issue and video playback is pretty good. I did forget to ask about CarPlay and setting it up, I will be setting another appointment to learn the few other things on about this headunit.
I ended up getting there 8GB Ram+128GB unit for my 2011 LS460 with premium sound package, parking assist, oem nav screen.

Took over 3 weeks to arrive - they kept promising it SHOULD work - their tech help is in CHINA - so all you can do is send them an email - which they respond to when we are asleep. Then unit caused issue with the SAFETY SYSTEM ON THE CAR - Lexus dealership advised us we should remove this device.
Then when we sent back for credit they kept $280.00 worth of the $577.00 unit and showed us pictures of a Broken Screen Unit - claiming we sent it back that way.
