Pet Doors went above and beyond to help me get the product I needed for my particular situation. Casey and Jeff looked over and discussed measurements, pictures and other details with me with knowledge and patience. I had purchased a cheap door elsewhere that wasn't working. The door I was looking at with PetDoors was much more expensive but I was willing to pay for a good solution... though anxious to be sure it was exactly right. They helped me place the order so that, should I need to return, it would be easy. By the time I purchased, the only thing I worried about was that the flap was going to be heavier and how my cats would do with it... all went better than expected.
I am so happy with the door I purchased from PetDoors.com. I would give them ten stars if I could.

After a difficult time getting a hold of a service Rep. they went above and beyond by shipping out the correct door when the wrong one was sent by mistake.

Sold me a replacement flap for a pet door. The new flap failed within a couple of months, in the same way the old one failed. Petdoors.com was listed as the contact for warranty concerns with this brand (Pride), but they sent me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer didn't help and sent me back to Petdoors.com. The support at Petdoors.com really emphasized their "middle man" status when declining to assist any further, so don't count on them for customer service when their low quality product fails.
