Order not recieved
I bought two items of clothing on Black Friday. On December 4th, according to an email, my package was ready to be shipped. Two weeks passed and nothing happened. I wrote to them, but they didn’t reply. I wrote 4, 5, 6 times, with about a week between each email. I got a reply to one of them where they wrote that they didn’t have time to respond.
Now, a month later, they suddenly write to me and I get a refund because a mistake has occurred. That is really poor customer service. You can’t get in touch with them, and when they make such a mistake, they could at least offer me a gift card or something. Then he writes that I can get a 10% discount — and I haven’t even received the code.
This is really, really bad. At least give me something useful and learn about customer experience

Horrible service. I purchased my items on December 22nd, here it is now January 6th and I have still not received my items. Have tried reaching out to PESO via Email, & Instagram and they don’t reply.

And even though the website states free returns from UK if a member, which I am, the returns portal does not work! Great having spent over £200 still waiting for a reply!
It’s a disgrace
It’s a disgrace. You place an order, it takes more than two weeks to arrive, you return one item from the order (keeping the rest), and they make you pay for the return shipping while taking a month to refund your money from the day you send it back, considering that you don’t have any other option like exchanging it for another size or item. It’s simply appalling—I’ve never seen such horrendous management. Since I placed my order, I had time the next day to buy from another store, receive it, realize it was too big, send it back for an exchange (free, obviously), and get the replacement, while my original order hadn’t even left their offices. On top of that, since the item didn’t fit (something that happens when buying online), I had to pay 20 euros to return it, and I’m still waiting for the refund (the only option they offer). They email me saying they’ve received it and that it will take 14 business days (three weeks) to process the transfer, plus however long the transfer itself takes. A shameful system, appalling management from the store, very poorly organized company. On top of that, their prices aren’t even competitive compared to similar stores, and they make you go through this awful experience with both shipping and returns. I will never shop here again. By far the worst place I’ve ever encountered—and I buy a lot online from stores like this. 0% recommended.

Ordered a outdoor jacket
Ordered a outdoor jacket, was supposed to srrive last monday, I was hust told that due to many orders they couldnt tell me when it would arrive. After 2 weeks I checked in again, then they just refunded my order and told me it was lost. As the jacket then was sold out there were nothing they could do so I could purchase it again. Really no help, no compensation nothing. Just a huge waste of time. Looked through other reviews and looks like its not just me thats had this experience. All i eanted was the jacket.
