Our order arrived much later than originally expected, and was missing all of the envelopes we purchased. They were included on the packing slip, but they were not in any of the boxes. They were sent to us, but it took well over a week for delivery because they were "out of stock". This held up our entire mailing project by at least 2 weeks. Once we received the envelopes, and started packing the calendars, we noticed that we were shorted 1 calendar and 4 calendars had no or damage to the printing/personalization. We were very disappointed with this order. The speed, personalization, quality, and accuracy were short of being sufficient.
