Disappointed with Pelsbarn
When I received my order, I noticed that the bed pillow and one set of waterproof bedding (or sheets) were missing. According to the website, the order should have included two sets. I contacted Pelsbarn multiple times about this. At first, they insisted that I had received the extra sheet, but after providing evidence to the contrary, they admitted that they had not included it. They agreed to send me the missing pillow but would not be providing the extra sheet because it is out of stock. I feel that Pelsbarn was misleading and dishonest. Additionally, I would like to note that the website suggests a dog blanket is included with the bed, but it is not. Pelsbarn should correct this.

The Best Pet Bed We’ve Ever Owned
I recently bought this bed for my three golden retrievers, and it has completely exceeded every expectation. We’ve owned dozens of luxury, jumbo pet beds over the years, especially because we’ve always had big dogs, but this one is truly on another level.
One of our goldens, Phoenix, was rescued from a meat market in China and has several health issues that affect his back, hips, and joints. He needs a lot of extra support. This is the first bed he actually runs to, and it seems to give him incredible comfort and relief. Watching him finally settle into something that supports his special little body means everything to us.
The biggest endorsement? Our other two goldens keep trying to squeeze in next to him — they love it just as much.
If you’re considering this bed, don’t hesitate. It’s the best one we’ve ever purchased.

First off, i bought the same quality bed on Temu for $10 opposed to the $150+ Pelsbarn charges.
Secondly they automatically charged me for some beds when I added them to my cart. They refused to refund me unless I return the items even though i tried cancelling the extra items i didnt authorize within 4 minutes of the charge. They process the "deals" so fast there is no room for error. Instead of giving me a refund for the beds, I was mailed 4 more dog beds.... Instead of just.. giving me my money back? I don't want to pay the large shipping fee to send 4 large dog beds back, when I didn't order 4 large dog beds in the first place. Idk just don't do it. The quality is NOT worth the price. I have 6 dogs and have bought them plenty of beds prior that were not this expensive and were better quality.
Edit: I went back and forth with you guys for an entire week and ya'll still refused to refund me. Responding on here like you care is funny. Get outta here with that PR nonsense.

Dogs didn’t like the bed
I purchased a protecting car bed 2.0, based on all of the 5-star reviews. Neither one of my dogs likes it. First off, the bed looks so much cozier in the pictures. I didn’t realize there’s no actual “bed” meaning the bottom is literally just a cover for your car seat, and there’s no cushioning to it. And the “fur” is made of cheap materials and isn’t really all that comfy. The more anxious of my 2 dogs does whatever she can do to avoid sitting on it. My other dog, who is the cuddliest guy around and loves a nice cozy dog bed, would rather sit in one of our laps than get on the bed. I decided to wait and see if they’d get used to it (they didn’t), and by the time I looked at the return policy, I was out of the window (which is only 14 days). You’re better off with a less expensive dog bed, or a blanket!

This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud. I returned both the dog beds I ordered at my own expenses ($50) they agreed to refund me "in full" but when they got them back they only refunded half of my money. I am fighting them through PayPal to try and get the full refund.
Buyer Beware!! They also offered to return some of the shipping cost if I would bring down my previous 1-star review but truly want to help protect buyers!! Terrible company, would give 0 starts if I could.

My baby just absolutely loves his new bed. We opened the package and it was so soft he immediately started rubbing his face on it. The blanket was the bonus he is in heaven.

My dog’s new favorite spot
Perfect except my dog won’t share. Looks amazing, feels amazing, but now my dog won’t let the other dog near it. Might have to get a second one to stop the drama.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware! We are two beds for our basset hounds and because my dad was in the hospital we didn’t get to try them out right away. They return policy is 14 days and you’re responsible for shipping and a restocking fee. Moreover, the beds have to have their tags on them and cannot be used. Not sure how a dog tries out of bed without using it. Mine came pretty darn close because neither of them would lay on their bed for any length of time even after removing their old beds, my dogs elected to sleep on the floor instead of a Pelsbed. I recommend you find someone that actually owns one of these and get a review from them. Wouldn’t be surprised if they have engineered their reviews.
