they first take your money and then just run away

Unsolicited refund issued to silence complaints.

subscribed to PEEKVIEWER for its tracking features, which turned out to be completely non-functional. When I reached out for technical support, the team showed zero effort in fixing the problem. Instead, they issued an unsolicited refund without my consent and immediately terminated my service access to close the case.
It is clear they use this "refund and terminate" tactic to silence customers and avoid addressing their system's flaws. To top it off, they pressured me to change my review just because they gave the money back. I didn't pay for a refund; I paid for a working service. They care more about manipulating their rating than providing a reliable product. Utterly unprofessional and dishonest.
UPDATE:
Despite our extensive correspondence over the past few weeks, their support team recently reached out claiming they “couldn't find my order.” This is absolutely mind-blowing. It’s clear there is a massive internal communication breakdown within this company. They are not only technically incompetent but also completely disorganized. It seems they use this internal chaos as yet another excuse to dodge responsibility and avoid fixing my account.

Service is okay

One thing i liked is highlights access. some tools dont show them but here i could see everything saved there. and vanished stories are also there. i had small issue where nothing updated, thought it stopped working. texted support and they fixed it same day. so yeah service is okay

I was charged a very different amount than what I selected (I chose a 1-month subscription and was charged for a full year).

Actually legit

No fake promises here. It does what it says. Not instant but real. That’s already better than most tools online. I’ve tried similar services before and they either didn’t work or tried to trick me into extra steps. Here it’s straightforward, just wait and you get access, which builds trust over time.

This site actually works. I spent money on loads of other sites that claimed to be able to see private Instagram accounts and none of them worked. Peekviewer is the only site that works. Don't waste your money with anyone else.
