I have been using Peek Pro for about four years, and unfortunately the company has gone from being a solid booking platform to an absolute nightmare to deal with.
The biggest issue is that they have eliminated phone support and moved entirely to email and chat. When you are running a business that relies on real-time bookings, this is completely unacceptable. Technical issues come up that need immediate resolution so customers aren’t impacted, yet there is no way to speak to a human being on the phone. Instead, you are routed through an AI chat system that simply tells you to send an email which then takes far too long to get a response longs wait time for a reply 4 days.
When something breaks in your booking system, every minute matters. Waiting hours or even days for support responses is damaging to customer experience and revenue. My company has experienced major operational issues because we cannot get timely help when problems arise. It has also cost my company money for fees that peek refused to refund to me after I was unable to set my account up correctly. That’s what I expect peek to do.
In the beginning, Peek Pro was a great company with responsive support and a platform that worked well. Now, the lack of real-time customer service makes the system incredibly frustrating to rely on. A business-critical platform should provide real customer support not hide behind automated responses and slow email chains.
This is no way to run a company, especially one that claims to support businesses that depend on seamless scheduling and customer service. Unless Peek Pro restores accessible, real-time support with actual humans available by phone, it’s difficult to recommend this platform to any business that values reliability.

Their salesperson was very aggressive to have me move from FareHarbor, offering lower fees. I made the change but it was a big mistake. The “onboarding” process was never competed. My account was never configured. Kept having problems and there was no one to help me. No one to call. Took weeks to have someone answer my emails, and the cases often got closed without solving the problems. Had to go back to FareHarbor.
They have plenty of staff to make aggressive sales, but no one to help you run your business. Don’t fall on the trap (as I did).

I am beyond disappointed, frustrated, and angry because I am losing money- I’m definitely leaving Peek for a company that actually helps me with my problems!

Peek is an excellent tool for a solo operator. They have plenty of team scheduling options, but for my needs it collects payments, sends out confirmations, reminders, and integrates with any website using their widgets. Calendar management (easy to block dates in the system). I recommend Peek to other operators all the time. The best part was working with the dedicated onboarding specialist as I configured Peek for my needs. The team was invaluable.

We have been using Peek for about 5 years. They have gone so far down hill they fell off a cliff. This company should give up and shut down. DO NOT USE THEM. Customer service just doesn't exist at all. They don't answer emails, or phone calls. Updates on site are all up to you to follow link instructions on how to make changes to the back end design. We switched to another company FH and the service is hands down unbelievable. Avoid Peek Pro!!!
