This company is absolutely terrible. I’m going on two months for my purchase to even be delivered. I reached out to cancel my order and was promised my items were ready to deliver. Was offered 10% off my purchase and free shipping (which was already free) if I didn’t cancel. I trusted that my items were ready to ship and was provided a shipping notification. A week and a half later shipping is still left on “label created.” I am wishing that I had just cancelled my order when I had the chance. Avoid these scammers at all costs.

Would give zero star if I could, It’s honestly disgusting how disappointed I am, got this for my anniversary ordered May 15th and didn’t even ship till I emailed twice and finally arrived on June 19th, I am one province over mind you, then when I put the goodie on not only was it the thinnest cheap quality I’ve ever worn, it was nothing like the photo or the description, just a complete scam, I would expect this quality from Shein but the fact it’s $122 and the quality of a $25 long sleeve shirt, absolute joke, avoid this company.

They take so long to fulfill orders, then pass the order onto another company that takes so long to deliver the item. I ordered an item May 1, shipping was supposed to happen May 11th. I contacted the company June 5th. Within an hour I received an email stating it was moved to the shipper. Then I received an email June 9th saying it has been at the shipper's address without moving and to notify Peace Collective if it hasn't moved in 7 days. Why is that on me?! And then June 10th I have a tracking number all of a sudden. They are so unorganized. On top of that, the quality of some of the t-shirts is horrendous to the point where the logo flakes off after 4 washes. I have to vet which shirts are worth buying, as I bought a bunch at once and none of them are wearable or afraid to wash. The sweatshirts have been better, except for one NY Yankees black sweatshirt that immediately shrunk two sizes and was unwearable after the first wash. This company needs to make some serious improvements. This was my final order from them.

Easy to navigate website. Reviews were easy to scan through. Communication was prompt and frequent if there was an question or issue. Delivery was very quick once the item was shipped.

The issue I had was resolved incredibly within hours and the customer support agent I dealt with was a pleasure. This is a brand that cares about their products and consumers. I will continue to forever support this brand and encourage others to do so as well!

Do not buy from Peace Collective - based in Canada and have worse shipper experience than temu or aliexpress. Contacted them to understand wheres my order and got a 'we dont know, we need to investigate' nor provide refunds. stay away if international shopper

Feeling very frustrated about the shipping times. I placed an order for a shirt to have for my vacation and now I’m not sure it will get here in time. I keep checking in to see the status of my package and keep being told that it’s going to be shipped the next day. I’ve been told this three times now and I’m losing hope that I will receive my package. I feel like I’m getting the runaround and that they are not being honest about how long it’s taking or anticipated to take.

They have cool designs, but their printing on their clothes is not great at all, they start to disappear after a few washes. Also, I bought another sweater, and there were multiple bubbles in the print, all evenly spaced out in a grid-like pattern. Overall, quality is really poor, especially if you spend $100 for a piece of clothing.

I loved the sweater that arrived but the item didn’t fit so I had to exchange it. The online exchange experience was really easy and seamless and was able to get it sorted out and dropped off to the post office within an hour. my new item should be arriving any day now.

Purchased an item and when received it was very poor quality and not as shown on the website. When I told them they pretty much said ,yeah it happens. Send it back for a refund or if I kept it then I would get a 10% refund. I chose to return but they refused to pay the return postage. Considering they acknowledged that the item was not as described and that they are in the wrong they should pay return postage. But refused. Very poor customer service and items are not quality controlled.

Item never arrived after 5 months. Customer support was non existent, however when I filed a charge back they sprang into life.

Quality of the items sold here are outstanding and customer service is excellent as well. I received my items a few days after ordering.

I was having issues with a code so I sent a message. They were so quick and helpful! They truly took care of me.

It's been five weeks and my item hasn't even SHIPPED yet, let alone arrived.

Terrible customer service.

I placed an order in January as a Valentine’s Day gift, and more than four months later, I still have not received my item.

In March, I received an email apologizing for the delay and stating that my order would be shipped within a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, that never happened.

Over a month ago, I requested a refund and have sent several follow-up emails, but I have received no response, no product, and no refund.

This has been an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend Peace Studios based on their lack of communication and failure to fulfill orders or issue refunds.

I was trying to purchase an item from overseas so had some questions that I had. The team were very helpful and efficient. Can highly recommend.

This is my second time ordering and extremely satisfied. Communication, shipping and and excellent quality
