Paid for a Service I Could Not Use – No Resolution from Support
I recently subscribed to PayTraQer with the intention of connecting my Amazon transactions to Xero accounting software. PayTraQer offers several subscription tiers, and I chose the $29 plan, which allows up to 500 transactions to be downloaded.
After completing the payment, I connected my accounts and attempted to download the transactions. Unfortunately, the system immediately returned an error message instructing me to contact support.
I reached out to customer support and followed all the troubleshooting steps they suggested, including disconnecting and reconnecting the accounts and clearing the cache. Despite this, the issue remained unresolved. The support representatives were unable to identify the cause of the problem and repeatedly told me that the issue would be forwarded to the development team, who would contact me.
However, I never received any follow-up from the development team. Each time I contacted support again, a new ticket seemed to be created and I was asked the same questions, only to be told once more that the matter would be escalated. Unfortunately, nothing ever came of it.
I also reviewed the company’s refund policy and could not find any clear option for obtaining a refund. As a result, I paid for a service that I was never able to use.
While the company offers live chat support, the agents appear to have limited technical knowledge of the software. When the issue could not be resolved, the conversation was simply closed and I was asked to wait for the development team to contact me, which never happened.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and consider more established alternatives such as A2X or Link My Books.
