Fantastic customer service

We ordered a harness for our dog but due to his illness progressing we never got a chance to try it on him, which was completely devastating.
Mike and the team were ever so understanding and sympathetic in email correspondence with our plight and were only to happy to refund us. From what I saw the harness was really good quality and it turned up quickly which was over a bank holiday weekend as well. I would 100% recommend pawsbetter

Exceptional Products and customer care!

I bought a carrier for my dog who can’t walk as far as he used too because of his arthritis.
And this product is absolutely brilliant and works so so well. When I had to contact Pawsbetter, they got back to me ASAP, were very friendly, helpful and professional! I’d HIGHLY recommend this business as they really care and make excellent products!! Thank you Pawsbetter!!

Great Service

Body harness highly recommended

The body harness has aided my dog with her stability after a Vestibular episode, I can easily prevent her falling now. It’s a great product and a fantastically understanding customer services.
My only criticism is to do with delivery, it took 10 days to arrive.
Highly recommend and Thank you.

I bought the Adjustable Dog ACL Knee…

I bought the Adjustable Dog ACL Knee Brace for both back legs for staffordshire bull terrier, who has a double acl injury, the product is perfect giving it the perfect balance between support and comfort. There customer service is amazing, very helpful and supportive. I highly recommend this company

If you need advice on what’s the best choice for your pet’s needs. …

Whether you need extra help, or not, try Pawsbetter, They are a bit of a gem in a world that can be quite impersonal. I agree with the reviewer who said their experience was refreshing. It lifted us at a time when we were worried about our 15 year old poodle cross. Their prompt replies, friendliness, empathy and willingness to help us find the right product for our dog, all helped us a lot. We purchased the dog lift support harness, which is very good quality . It looks substantial and comfortable for the job of supporting back legs and spine, also connecting to the front part of the harness, for stability. . Mike is a kind person and will do his best to help you find what you need to benefit your pet. His help was invaluable and freely given. I sincerely recommend Pawsbetter and the price was very good for the good quality of the harness.

ordered a small dog leg support then…

ordered a small dog leg support then paid extra for shipping about 10 days ago and according to there tracking its not even been sent out , no phone number to call , not sure if I've been scammed ?

Paws better did a great job…

Paws better did a great job communicating with us and helping us get the right product needed for our boy. He is a 140 lb Mastiff and I originally ordered the largest size chair available although they reached out immediately to confirm his measurements and reported that he would indeed a larger size that would need to be custom made. I was appreciative of this rather than receiving a chair that would have been too small. We were also very concerned about how long it would take to arrive due to our dog’s size and mobility issues so they ensured that delivery was as quick as possible and updated us through the order. The only issue we had was trying to figure out how to put it together, there were no instructions and the videos online were of different types of chairs so it took some time getting the pieces in the right order. But it was worth the investment !!

This is an amazing company

This is an amazing company. My dog tore both ACL’s in his back legs. We tried one brace but unfortunately it didn’t help. I was able to return the product with no issues. The company then told me to try a different brace. This was ordered with no issues. They have explained how to use it in full detail. I’m leaving the review before I’ve had full use of the braces as it will take several weeks to see results. I wanted people to know what a great company this is. Very helpful and are more than happy to talk to you about your animals injuries and what may help them. They are also so much cheaper than other companies on the internet, but that does not mean they compromise on quality.

Communication from the company.


I ordered 2 knee braces but unfortunately they weren't the right thing for my dog. I requested a partial refund for one brace, which was handled very promptly & efficiently.
Mike couldn't have been more helpful; he replied to all my queries Promptly & professionally.
Re other not so good reviews, in my opinion the fault is with the courier, not this company.

Excellent caring service

It’s very rare to find a company that not only cares, but responds very quickly to emails, even on Sundays!
I bought a pet carrier, originally to help load my lab into my car. It wasn’t exactly what I needed in the end, my mistake. I emailed Pawsbetter and the lovely Mike was more than happy to help. I exchanged for ACL support braces for my other lab. Quite refreshing and remarkable. Can’t recommend highly enough. Brilliant.

Can’t actually rate the item as it was delivered to the wrong address. Contacted pawsbetter and they ditched the consumer rights act altogether. As much as you love your dog and want to support their mobility, this company doesn’t share your feelings so don’t bother

The designers thought like dogs and it worked!

I avoided tackling putting the wheelchair together. Finally my dog's bleeding toes from dragging his back legs and falling down due to painful hips made me do it. Easy and, dare I admit it, fun. We fitted it tonight to our dog. First we allowed him to walk with wheelchair and his feet in slings. Too uncoordinated, couldn't walk. Then we let his feet down, toes dragged again, bleeding. Ever hopeful, I put thick pads held on with duct tape, and off we went for a good long walk with a very happy dog. I am certain when he can no longer use his back legs, he will accept the sling supports.
Thank you for your cheery support and fast delivery. The cost was between the cheap, I-couldn't-trust-the-makers, and the Hollywood-star's brand, so I was content with the price. It seems very durable and thoughtfully designed. The designers thought like dogs. Thank you. We will continue to adapt as long as we have our dog. Should anyone ask our advice, we will recommend your business.

Not even been sent

Ordered 2 supports for my dog it states on the website delivery will take 3-5 business days it’s been over a week they won’t tell me when they will send them. Terrible service

Good for ACL tear

Ordered the leg brace for knee support. Very good product, good price and has helped my dog enjoy his walks again, albeit shorter walks. The surgery to correct the tear is very much out of my reach unfortunately, so this is the better option to allow my dog to walk comfortably.

Scam or useless. Either way avoid.

This company is either extremely unorganised, or it's a scam. Either way, please please avoid, particularly if you are ordering a time-sensitive item.

I placed an order for a dog wheelchair on the 4th Dec. Every experience after that was dreadful - they sent me a fake Evri tracking code (my postcode didn't match, and Evri tracking showed they were expecting my parcel on the 3rd Dec - magically before I'd even ordered it!).

Evri allegedly delivered it, but it was nowhere to be seen. Pawsbetter blamed Evri, saying Evri delivered it to the wrong address and re-delivery would take too long so they will just start over.

When I delved deeper asking for evidence they had shipped it, they said actually they made a manual handling error and I could get a refund. I'll be amazed if I ever see this refund. Perhaps Evri will lose my refund in the post!

Can't tell if this is a scam company, or the are just totally hopeless. Either way, don't waste your time.

This was not a scam, but an internal fulfillment error, which we acknowledged, took responsibility for, and resolved through a full refund.

A full refund of £199.00 GBP has been processed and released from our account, and official refund confirmation has already been provided. Any statements suggesting that no refund has been issued do not reflect the current status of this case. The remaining processing time is handled by the card issuer/bank and is outside of our control.

Due to an internal fulfillment mix-up, the shipment information involved another customer’s order. As a result, we are unable to share shipment documentation, as it contains that customer’s private residential address and is protected under our data protection obligations.

We regret that this situation occurred and have reviewed our internal procedures to prevent similar issues in the future.

Great value, excellent cone for your furry friend

I was looking for a softer cone for my mini cavapoo and I came across Pawsbetter. I quickly chose her size and colour and placed my order. I was looking for a UK based company so I wouldn't have to wait weeks. There was a slight hiccup on the Evri posting information but this was immediately resolved after I'd emailed Pawsbetter and received a speedy reply half an hour later. The new cone came today and what a revelation for my poorly pooch. No more hard plastic digging into her neck from the regular vet supplied cone but a softer cushioned adjustable one instead. She's only worn it today but already she is a happier pup, playing with her toys, and looking very trendy too. I shall be recommending this site to all of my dog walker friends and anyone else I meet. This cone looks great, feels great, is lightweight yet sturdy, washable and waterproof too. I am so delighted that I found Pawsbetter.

No Delivery!

Ordered a wheelchair on Friday last week and it’s still not arrived despite emailing to ask when it would be delivered. People typically order a wheelchair because their dog is struggling and in need therefore a degree of urgency / promptness would be appropriate.
