Friendly and convenient service to and from the terminal. No waiting.
However the initial booking was a little confusing with the confirmation not immediate leading me to think perhaps the web site was not legitimate (address based in the Netherlands and apparently unrelated to the airport car park in Melbourne, Australia.)

Affordable car parking. Service to and from airport was efficient. My car had a flat battery upon returning as I'd left it on. It was jump started before I left. The only suggestion I would make would be maybe check people's lights as they might forget to do so.

First time I've used Andrew’s Airport Parking Adelaide. It was easy, from making the booking and payment, to locating the secure premises, to commuting to the airport. When we returned, we just called the number on our receipt and they came and collected us from the same location as drop off. Simple as - use these guys!

Both front locks got damaged while car was parked in park care. Customer support's email reply is rude, not taking any responsibility for the damage done and now not answering since 3 weeks. Despite security cameras promised on the website, these were only installed after the incident on site; they only had a camera at the entrance. Horrible experience. Not safe.

The person on the desk was very helpful. The transport to the airport was not delayed. The pickup after returning was good. Even though he had a full bus he helped the ones left that another bus would come. It did about one minute later. I though they are on the ball and were helpful for others as well.

Andrews provided us a smooth and hassle free service. The staff were all very helpful and made this part of our travel easy.

Bookings are easy, check-in and check-out are easy, helpful staff, reasonable price, the shuttle is always prompt, and the car is fine. I certainly intend to use this place again when next I fly.

Drove from Canberra to Brisbane.
Cruise terminal parking sold out so used the airport long stay parking facilities. Quick car drop off and pickup 7 days later.

Terrible. I cancelled my parking request 5 days before the booking then got an automated response saying someone will be in touch with you. I have had no correspondence at all from this site. This will be the first and last time I will use this site. Unsatisfactory

Our experience was great because the service we received was efficient and courteous and all we engaged with were very pleasant .

I have purchased cancellation insurance and cancelled within time, confirmed by the parking facility and documented on the website and on my account but despite several requests to refund the money there is no response.
I will have to dispute this with PayPal.

I was forced to cancel my booking due to illness. Despite meeting the requirements for a refund, I have been unable to get this company to issue my refund. I have contacted them on four separate occasions now and am about to file a complaint with the consumers tribunal. Very disappointing.

I booked a cover site, I got 2 digs on my bonnet, so who is responsible?
I return a day earlier, couldn’t get refund as it is a third party booking agent. Next time I will book direct.

Easy location, friendly and accommodating staff, fast and fuss free transfers. Will certainly be using again and was cheaper than catching the train!
