Bought 10 rakes to be shipped to Sydney. Postage was quick and reasonable price. Communication was great.

The items i purchased where poorly packed and as a result they all ruptured and spilt prior to delivery. Happy to send pics.

I had issues getting the 11kg Chow Hound Dog Feeder anywhere. I had ordered the product online at other shops to say it was on backorder (a week later) for a month or they were out of stock. Then I rang Oz General Store. I spoke to a girl named Monique. She was one of the most helpful staff I have dealt with at any business. She rang around and found one at a supplier which she secured for me so I could get it on time before my trip away. She emailed me and phoned me back when she said and she kept a personal eye out for my parcel so when it arrived at their depot, they could Express Post it rather than sending it via courier, which takes a few weeks to my property. She organised Express Post for me and rang me with a quote to help my parcel arrive on time, which it did. The product is high quality but even more important I had a company that went above and beyond for their customers. I was very impressed with the service and communication from this girl. Will definitely shop here again!

Easy to use website. Great range. Shipped straight out though Australia post in a reasonable time frame. I flagged an issue which turned out to be my error and was contacted by the team within the hour can't ask for better service than that. Your staff were great, they responded very well when you advertised something in stock which you did not have, your delivery was appalling, Sendle were horrific, their tracking is meaningless, their cost is exit I ate and delivery times are ridiculous, I could have walked down and walked back quicker for a quarter of the cost. I will never use Sendle or a provider who relies on them ever again. Having said that your end of the sale was good.
