I’m very happy with the location. My room is exceptionally spacious, and the property is close to the subway. Nice shared areas of the house as well, and my roommates so far have been lovely. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

Great customer service. Gabriella was incredibly helpful — she answered all my questions and really took the time to find the right option for me. In the end, I got everything I was looking for in terms of amenities. Super smooth experience overall!

I'm staying at the Fort Greene location. Great neighborhood - vibrant and convenient. The apartment is basic but clean and fairly spacious. There aren’t many amenities aside from a small gym, but it works well for what I need.

Our experience with Outpost has been underwhelming. They set ambitious targets but failed to deliver, missing them by more than half. Beyond performance, the bigger issue is their lack of transparency. The financial reporting is confusing, inaccurate, and difficult to interpret. When we’ve tried to get clarity, their team has been uncooperative and dismissive.
There are better co-living companies out there—ones that communicate openly, provide clear accounting, and follow through on their commitments. We strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

the bed frame broke the first night I stayed here
most my whites got stained by the washing machine
the dryer barely worked
there was ac throughout the house however not in my room

The unit I reserved was unavailable upon arrival, and the alternative offered was subpar—dirty, overcrowded, and nothing like the photos.

When I first moved to New York, I had a roommate issue and needed to transfer quickly. Outpost stepped in right away. The team was responsive, kept me updated by phone and email, and found me a new room that fit my budget with almost no delay.
Daniella, in particular, was amazing — she checked in daily and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.
If you're new to the city and looking for housing with real support, I highly recommend Outpost.

SCAM. I have not rented from Outpost because my correspondence with the staff has been absolutely unprofessional. They are very pushy about starting the "booking" process without providing a tour of the living space or basic details like the breakdown of rent expenses, information about roommates, etc. It honestly feels like a major SCAM. I am not convinced that Outpost is a legit site. RUN!

Fort Greene is such an underrated Brooklyn neighborhood. Great music scene and cool shops. It’s like one stop away from downtown brooklyn except the prices are way better. I recommend it to everyone!

I am renting a room at this address, I do not recommend it!!!
Because the building is being renovated, every day from 7 am to 6 pm they drill, knock, etc. They are very noisy!
There is no security for the room and apartment!!! All the builders have access to the apartment! People come without notice or even a knock on the door! It's just awful!
For 5 people they provided only one frying pan and one saucepan. Also, the photos on the the Amenities on website are false, this is not this building.

I’m happy with my stay at the Maison Jefferson in Bed-Stuy. Location is good, a little further of a commute from Manhattan than I would’ve liked but all the necessities are within walking distance.

This is a complete scam. The place you end up with isn't even the place photographed. The staff is a joke. They literally paired somone with service dogs with someone allergic to dogs. Twice. And they never admit to or fix mistakes.
These people shouldn't be allowed to run a business.

I used to pay a ridiculous amount for a magnificent closet in Manhattan - of course, my bed touched three walls at once. Then I got the Outpost, and wow, what a glow! Fully equipped, no drama with bills, and real place to spread my legs. In addition, I went to talk to real human conversation (shocking, I know) by talking to my houseplants. Now, I have to enjoy the city and have friends without trying. The best decision ever!

The outpost mixes the best parts of Derm Life and Apartment Living. I have my own place, but also a built -in social circle. Movie nights, Co -workers blanks and networking events make life so attractive here. Once, the heating took some time to recover, but the team kept us updated, and it was not a major issue.

Love my shared balcony—it’s such a rare treat for a NYC apartment! There’s also a rooftop and backyard for those who prioritize outdoor space. Originally wanted to live in Bushwick, but Bedford House had a promotion that was too good to pass up. A few things in the apartment could use an upgrade, but overall, it’s not a bad place.

I loved living at Outpost Club! The place was clean, well-furnished, and I made some of my best friends there. My only advice? Be proactive about communication. My first roommate snored like a freight train, but once we talked about it, he got a white noise machine and problem solved! Overall, a great experience.

The outpost is ideal for distance workers or digital nomads like me. I just went with my suitcase, and everything was already installed. such a relief! Overall, experience was worth it. Will do it completely again.

Outpost Club’s Maison Linden in Queens has been a great choice for my grad studies. The environment is quiet, perfect for studying, and the communal areas have plenty of space for group work. The staff are incredibly helpful, especially when it comes to maintenance. I’ve met some amazing people here during social events, which alleviated my initial homesickness. However, I wish the communal kitchen was cleaned more frequently. Overall, it’s a good balance of socializing and studying.

One of my favorite features about Outpost Club Ridgewood Queens is keyless access to the building and my apartment. It makes getting in and out so much easier. And I don't have to worry about losing my keys. The smart lock is easy to use and added an extra level of security and convenience to my stay.
