Like so many others I bought these shoes in good faith and am being pressurised to take a vastly deduced refund for these cheap nasty shoes. They are telling me I have to send them back to China and may be subject to Chinese import taxes to return them. I paid £39.99 - they state that is a 50% section on the normal price. I have since found the online at less than £10. What a con!! Nexo 7 orthapedic sandles.

The ortho shoes are junk. I had purchased the shoes under the ruse that I would get a full refund If the shoes did not work for me. I had worn the shoes 2 days in a row, and my feet were throbbing with pain. Therefore, I reached out to the company requested to return the shoes and have them refund my monies. I was advised at this time that I would only get a return of 30%. During our conversation they tried every way to manipulate me in every way to keep the shoes. When the conversation came back around to what was needed, is when they requested pictures showing the condition of the shoes. I then stopped all communication since I would have to pay posted for the return to get 30%m back. I had purchased the shoes under false advertising.

I have received my order of navy size 39 orthoshoes and are cheap and nasty. You see a video and a photo of them and are nothing like the description. Have been duped, so angry and are also being sold by varying companies!

Absolutely do not buy from this company!!!! The most false advertising I've seen so far, so cheap and still smelled of glue! Nothing like advertised at all! Needs zero stars.

Shoes are nothing special, I got a two pairs for one (deal).
Don't expect much , just made in China shoes , nothing special.
Delivery took for ever as well.
I am unimpressed, expected to be walking tall , so sad.

i ordered two pairs of trainers at size seven and a half. when they came, not as robust as i would like they were too small. i wrote to them and asked how i could return them and get size 8. no response. i made two more attempts to make contact, and then i sent the trainers back to the address on the parcel. no response. following further attempts i said i had sent the trainers back, whereupon i was asked to send photos of them. i said they should already have the trainers so i couldn't take photos but they persisted in asking for photos. i lost my patience and said if they read any of my emails they should know all this after which they asked where i wanted to send the trainers as they hadn't told me!!!!!! this is their latest mantra which i am now getting every day. i object to giving them a one star rating as i have had no service and no trainers and sent them back at my expense, as well as being £32 out of pocket.

I have been posting on this company’s facebook page today to encourage others to check the reviews on trust pilot and my posts keep being deleted. Says it all.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Orthoshoes but they sent the wrong sizes. I wrote and asked for a refund. They offered me 20% discount if I keep the shoes. Then they told me to take to Salvation Army and get a receipt and send to them to show proof and they would refund my money. It had been two weeks no refund. If you call the 800 number they never answer just leave a message. Terrible customer service, don't know if I will ever get my money back.

If I want to return the I have to pay the postage to China and they warned me they would take a long time to arrive and that they may get lost in the post, in which case I would get nothing. Under UK law if you don't get what you ordered the retailer must pay the return postage. Orthoshes don't want to follow UK law ever though they sell in the UK. I have opened a dispute with Paypal.
Update. Paypal could not get them to pay the return postage so they gave me a contribution towards it. Orthoshoe stated they would refund me once they get the shoes.I have sent them tracked as they required. Watch this space.

Delivery uneventful. Shoes themselves are terrible! No arch support, lack of support in shoe structure allows foot to hang over edges of soles which makes it a fall hazard. The inserts reminded me of a few layers of egg carton cardboard bonded together
That 45 day no hassle return…they will offer u a partial return and tell u to keep the shoes.

The shoes are of inferior quality.
If you saw them on a market stall you wouldn't pay £10 for them. They are absolute rubbish!

I am another sucker who ordered from this company advertising wide fitting orthopaedic boots. When they arrived they are far too tight even though I ordered a
larger size than I normally wear, they are far too tight to fasten. NO REPLY to my e-mails.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company. They were supposed to be orthopaedic, however, they were in my view cheaply made, no lining, and were far too wide for me, although they were not advertised as wide. They certainly didn't fit width wise so I emailed the firm, who replied they would only exchange for a second pair, although I had asked for a refund. they didn't fit and I've lost my money!

Not a great sneaker - a bit on the small side and not comfortable to wear - cheap and came just in a plastic bag - I guess no box was the giveaway that they were just mass produced and shipped from China -

I ordered what were described as wide fit orthopaedic shoes…which were described as half price , excellent walking shoes!! I received cheap plastic style shoes … no support at all I’m guessing they probably cost around £5 to make… do not order from this site it’s a scam you may as well put your money straight in the rubbish bin. That’s all they’re fit for

This is an absolutely terrible trader and do NOT buy from them. I bought a pair of boots and got the wrong size. When I complained they offered a 20% discount on the next shoes I bought as along as I returned the wrong boots. Postage to the address they sent me would have been about £15. I wrote back complaining and have had NO reply. I have reported them to trading standards.

I have never looked at their website, never googled them, clicked on any adverts whatsoever. Yet everday they email me. The emails get sent to the spam folder but there is no way to unsubscribe, its an unsafe website as per the link to this page. Definitely scammers

Update: after I posted this, I recieved a response to my email that said "yeah, we noticed weird shipping activity on the account too, we are already looking into it."
On August 14th at about 11am the package arrived, 2 days late and I've heard nothing else from customer service. I've changed my stars from 1 to 3. The lack of communication with this company is frustrating. I will not be purchasing from them again. AND, the real kick in the gut here is after waiting so long for these shoes that seemed so perfect in the ads. I hate them. They feel like pulling a sock on top of another sock. I won't even bother seeking a refund, reading the other reviews, it's not a battle I want to fight. I'll just cut my loses here, and continue my search for shoes.
I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers on August 2nd,2025. Tracking stopped on August 8th, 2025. I contacted the tracking company on August 12th, they said they created a label on August 6th,2025 but they have yet to receive the package from Orthoshoes. They advised to contact Orthoshoes. I contacted them via email, the only contact info I could find and explained the situation and asked for an ETA on my products. No answer 24 hours later. The confirmation that I got saying the email was sent said they would respond "when they could". Does not lead me to believe anyone there cares.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from this company and they sent the wrong size, not the size I ordered. They have consistently refused to send what I ordered and will only give me a refund if I pay for postage to return the shoes to CHINA. The cost of the postage is more than I paid for the shoes. All they have offered is 30% off the price of what I have paid, but the shoes don’t fit.
They also ignore my requests to send the size I ordered and considered this a form of theft. Next step I suppose is to contact my back under section 75 charge back.

Ordered 2 pairs of sandals in the sale. I was kept informed of delivery and although sent from China they arrived quite quickly. I was really pleased with rye quality of the leather and they are sooooooo comfortable.
