Terrible customer service!
I ordered a sweatshirt from Original Kanak but needed to return it. I followed their return process and received a QR code, but when I went to the drop-off point, they couldn’t scan it. It didn’t work.
I immediately contacted their customer service and only received an automated reply saying my message had been received. It’s now been over a week, and I still haven’t heard anything back.
Really disappointing and unprofessional. If you’re thinking about ordering from here, be aware that you might be on your own if anything goes wrong.

The hoodie was badly packaged and dirty
The hoodie was badly packaged, there was no casing, bag or wrapping paper around the hoodie, it was basically squeezed in a box. The hoodie was also covered in small fibers and dust + there was a human hair on the hoodie!
