Fast and smooth response! The technician was honest and fixed my AC in no time.

I needed a plumber to change a valve so my new dishwasher could be installed without the chance of leaking since it was cracked. The plumber stated a time but was there early and got the job quickly. He also was happy to answer a few questions that helped me decide if I needed additional work. He did a great job and would recommend anytime. Plus he came a very long distance to get to my home.

Very responsive, home warranty was worth it, watch out for all the Junk mail you get when you close from companies claiming to be this one.

The plan is not saving me money.

My unit wasn’t cooling in the hottest month of the year so I called ORHP and filed a claim online. Was put on hold for 40 Minutes or more ,I was given the provider that didn’t work in my area.It took me three days of calling before they gave me a provider that worked in my area.
I don’t know what happened to this company it’s not accessible ,knowledgeable, and the representatives are very unprofessional so I was not happy with my service at all.

i called Old Replublic because i was unsure how to state the problem, the person i talked with was very helpful, plus getting the job done right away, Thankyou.

First company referred wouldn’t answer or call, then the next company took 3 days to respond to the request meanwhile we were without AC.

Excellent service and very timely

First they dragged their feet on getting someone out for a problem that was causing a water leak and actively causing damage to our home. Then they assigned a service provider that told me they couldn't work on our home, and that Old Republic knows that. Then the second service provider they assigned came out and told us that they do the work that needed to be done, but that they're not authorized to do it for Old Republic, so we had to wait for them to assign a third service provider. And they were in no rush, so each time it was a delay of about 2 days, while the problem continued to get worse and do more damage. Don't waste your time and money on these guys, it'll just cost you more in the end. And they were rude in every step of the process.

I signed up for a warranty and my first claim (A/C not cooling) was assigned to a vendor whose existence could not be verified online. Upon calling Old Republic, I was then assigned a vendor (LA STANDARD HVAC INC) with a lengthy public record of numerous negative reviews, including theft and fraud.

I am unable to cancel the work request, meaning my options are to use this vendor, or pay out of pocket as if I had no warranty.

I requested to have my (never used) home warranty canceled and received a denial stating they plan to bill me for my entire $1,400 contract term despite canceling just weeks after enrollment.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

I like the fact that they got the AC functioning, however , it has changed the way the AC was working so I have had to adjust to those changes. I wondered how the Technician had a replacement part with him that fit my AC, but when it comes to AC units,maybe all are one part fits all.

Rochelle was efficient, knowledgeable and kind. The process to book an appointment worked well for me.

they do not really cover things that need it

It takes more than 1 hours to speak to customer service and each agent explain same matter in different term and condition to spend additional expense on policy holder
