WARNING,,,One star is way to much I did not receive my delivery from them, and they refuse to communicate with me, this company is dishonest, do not purchase anything from them

One Star is to much. I didn‘t get my Order (delivery Date was 18. December 2024) and get 3-4 times a Standard e-mail from the Customer Service. I don‘t get my Money Bank. Don‘t Order anything from this online Shop.

I ordered begonia seeds and they sent me something else. Hopefully I'll get a refund on my visa becausethey havent answered my emails!. Buyer beware!

Up and running again as Organic India and wow wow wow - ordered 5 packs of Tulsi Green tea for the bargain price of £18 including postage on Thursday 5/10 and they arrived Saturday 7/10 - I am very happy.

If they are up & running again,why not fulfill the orders that people have paid for & not received. They have stolen a lot of money from loyal customers!!!

I am over the moon! At last this company is back and working. As can be seen in the past reviews there's been issues, i did an order in april and had to get refund via paypal as it never came. Now they say they had admin errors that resulted in problems. Who knows what happened but they are back to there good service. I ordered this weekend and my teas came in 24 hours. Love organic indias teas so I'm over the moon to be able to buy again. Such good quality and not a bad price at all.

Would be a zero if that was possible. Placed an order 27 April - the final page on checkout thanked me for my order and said I’d receive a confirmation email. Had no further communication with them. No emails sent and no delivery of my order. I sent them a message on their Contact Us form on their website and 2 emails but no response.
Now I’ve seen this page I realise I’ve been scammed. Reporting them to trading standards.

No correspondence and No products received.
As action fraud is complicated to fill in what should be simple, and as it’s connected to the police will anything be done? They want all your personal details for you just to say I’m reporting that this is a con site (it’s really off putting, as planned I’d say, less work for them if people are put off reporting due to a complicated procedure just to report. Sort it out Police please, it shouldn’t be hard for consumers) The scammer is named at the very start of the reviews but she’s still doing it, months later! So it looks like no one’s bothered about stopping her scamming, or no one can be bothered to properly report the fake website as the procedure is too invasive.
I thought to come here to add that this is definitely a fraudulent website DO NOT ORDER. I realised quickly, so I was lucky to ask PayPal for a refund before this scammer could get my money. It’s a shame for the real Organic India company, as many will not be trusting to order anything or use the products again, someone said the company in India had been informed this was happening in UK by this scammer, they have done nothing to stop her… says a lot about the real company as well.

Order not received, nor any response to messages and emails, or the refund I have requested.

Do not buy anything from this site. No delivery of items, sent numerous emails and chat messages, called several times but no answer...scam scam scam ...order placed 05Mar which will now have to try and get from card insurance

Absolutely shocking experience. Organic India UK/ EASTERN VENTURE has a live website, it has promotional offers running and they are also promising 24 hours delivery with royal mail at point of sale.
Organic India UK are not replying to any of my emails, taking the phone calls or replying to any of my onsite messages. I have been charged 61 pounds for an order placed on 2.03.23 and now I believe that i will never get these products. I am reporting the website to ACTION FRAUD UK ( for reporting cyber crimes/ defraud). I have also sent a DM to ORGANIC INDIA on instagram but they don’t seem to care about the fact that someone is ruining their brand by stealing their brand copy, and defrauding people by taking money for orders that won’t be fulfilled.

I thought it was a scam since they didn't reply to my emails, the tracking seemed fake and it seemed they hadn't shipped my purchase.
However after a few months I got my order. Very strange. Still not sure what this company is about and it looks fishy but I finally got the tea I'd ordered

Ordered with them about 4 times before and never a problem.
Ordered on 21st of February and hasn't arrived. Emailed 4 times and no answer also no answer on telephone.
Didn't think it was a problem until I read the reviews on here.

Everyone should report this company to Trading Standards immediately! Unfortunately I’ve had exactly same experience as other reviewers on here, I placed an order last week which should have been dispatched the same day. Still haven’t received it, no word from the company despite multiple emails and phone calls. I expect I’ll never see the order. It’s absolutely shocking that they are continuing to accept orders and not fulfil. Please report to Trading Standards ASAP!

Unfortunately I didn't check the previous reviews. This company is trading as organicindia.co.uk. Same thing for me I placed an order and payment has been taken but no order received. I've ordered from them before and did receive my order but looks like they are taking money for orders now and not fulfilling them. Seriously bad as Organic India based in India is an ethical company but not this 3rd party trader trading as organic india .co.uk. Avoid them completely

Ordered Jan 2023 money taken. No product received. I have warned them I will be posting this negative review and sadly they don’t care. DON’T buy anything from them.

I ordered 3 bottles of triphala on 7th Jan 2023. No deleveris so far. NO replies to email. If I call a very polite lady tells me to email !!

Money taken, order never shipped, customer service doesn't exist. Scam

Payment taken for order 1 January. No delivery. No update on order. No response from multiple queries to company (now Organic India not Eastern Venture Ltd).

I put an order on 11th Feb they have taken the money and I have received nothing and no one is answering the phone. I have emailed and no one has replied. I have been calling for the past week. Please do not order anything .
