Orchid City & Spa made organising my sisters hen weekend a breeze! Sometimes it can get really hard to coordinate a large group of people and booking through Orchid city & Spa made it hassle free and if there were any changes or ideas I would get a response on the same day!

I am writing to say a big thank you for all your help in organising Laura’s Hen Party in Leeds.
We have just returned from an amazing weekend. My daughter Laura was thrilled with everything from the evening in at the hotel where we had games and buffet food. The activities cocktail making at Dirty Martini a meal at The Cosy Club and Guest entry at Popworld.
Everything ran smoothly as planned. I would definitely recommend you.

We had a fabulous weekend for my daughter’s 30th birthday. The hotel was very luxurious. Dirty Martini’s was great fun, with 3 cocktails and a selection of tasty finger foods for each of us. The loop bar was 80’s themed and we danced all evening. There was an extensive menu for breakfast at the hotel and the spa was very relaxing and luxurious. The champagne, strawberries and chocolates topped our weekend off perfectly.

I can not recommend the girls at Orchid enough.. So well organised and just the right amount of contact but always there if you need them for any questions no matter how big or small!! Our entire weekend was such a great success :)

Ashley, at Orchid City & Spa organised a Hen Party weekend in Birmingham for our group of 12. The weekend ran smoothly and everything went as planned. All of the activities were enjoyed by everyone in the party and the venues we went to were all of a great quality. Ashley was very helpful and we would definitely recommend using them.

I cannot thank orchid city and spa enough for what was organised, I had booked a group of 8 for a trip to London, we all had a brilliant weekend without the hassle of making sure everything was booked. All the stress of making sure everything was covered was handled, they tailored my package to what was best suited for my group.
I would highly recommend orchid city spa and will most certainly be returning for future breaks away.

Great weekend in Bath for 11 ladies on a getaway break. Orchid Spa put together a lovely itinerary and took away all the hassle of doing everything ourselves. Good communication and a very easy to use payment portal which gave each individual the opportunity to spread the cost should they wish. Would not hesitate to use them again.

I used this company to plan my friends Hen doo and it was absolutely fantastic. The team are very organized and cater for your needs and individual requirements. They had no issue with changed and everything ran very smoothly, so much so that I am using them again to plan my friends birthday. Highly recommended service for a great girlie weekend 👍

I attended a Hen weekend organised by this company and thought it was A very well organised hen weekend away. Lovely choice of hotel and afternoon tea was very relaxed.
The mix your own drinks at revolution on the evening was fantastic.
Would definitely recommend the company and I’m in fact using them to plan a friends hen weekend.

I booked my 40th birthday celebrations with orchid city and spa and couldn’t ask for a better way to book a package...there were 8 of us and it all went really well especially arriving at the places they had booked for us...and most of all the payment system was great instead off payment a big amount in one... will DEFINITELY be using yous again...xx

I recently booked a girls joint 30th birthday weekend through orchid city & spa for 12 people. The weekend included 2 nights stay at village hotel, 3 course meal at tigerlilly, 2 25 min spa treatment with glass of Prosecco & light lunch each, booth with drinks at revolution - all in Edinburgh. I have to admit I was kind of expecting something to go wrong somewhere as it was large group... Every event went smoothly with zero glitches, literally couldn’t fault orchid city & spa at all, I would 100% recommend booking through them, it’s great value for money & they basically do all the leg work for you! Thanks to Ashley Baker for being our event planner, communication was impeccable & no question was left unanswered!

I had booked a hen weekend for 12 girls I leeds though orchid city&spa and could not fault them. The hotel was amazing all the all the activities were aware of us and there was no problems. I recently used orchid city & spa to book a hen do. They were really helpful and provided us with an amazing packaging to suit us perfectly and at a great price!!
Would definitely recommend them, especially for large groups as it saves you having to pay for everyone and then spend weeks chasing people for money! Everyone gets their own login and pay as they want to. So much easier!!

We had a good experience booking our friend's Hen-Do with Orchid City. The consultants we spoke to were friendly and helpful as well as accommodating with our needs and what we wanted from the weekend.
I believe it was good value for what we got in the package although it is worth shopping around independently as we found we got a better deal with dinner when we went and did it ourselves.
Overall the weekend went pretty smoothly, however the initial check-in at the hotel was a little stressful. Firstly the hotel couldn't find out booking as the reference we had from Orchid City didn't match the reference for the hotel and when I gave my name they said there was only one room booked instead of the 6 rooms we did book. Turns out they booked them under individual names instead of a group booking but that wasn't communicated to us. Also once the booking was found the hotel claimed we needed to pay the balance however we had already given the money to Orchid City a month previous. Just seemed that there was a lack of communication between the hotel and the company. This was all resolved fairly quickly and we were given a free upgrade for the bride because of the inconvenience but I would've preferred a less stressful start to the weekend.
Also the parking charges are out of date on the Orchid City documentation however the hotel honoured the price we had been given.
The weekend was great and the hotel was lovely.
