Have this misfortune of having OptivITy…

I have the misfortune of having OptivITy manage the company I work for. Incompetence is their specialty. I painfully have to sit and watch people who are paid to be "specialists" not know how to fix issues, which I could do myself (if I had admin privileges). Everything is a ball ache. From setting up new computers, to their firewall, I'm convinced my grandparents could do a better job. Avoid like the plague, syphilis or any other disease/infection that springs to mind.
