Oopsie Heroes is een leuk en eenvoudig bedplaswekker voor kinderen. Het combineert een app met een kleine sensor die kinderen leert hoe ze 's nachts op tijd op het toilet kunnen komen. Bye Bye Oopsie-moments!

Over the 4 weeks of our child using the Oopsie Heroes Bed-wetting alarm, the alarm would sound between 3 and 8 minutes AFTER the bedwetting occurred, meaning that there was no opportunity for our child to wake and finish at the toilet, or for any progress or brain connection to the bedwetting to be made. The alarm lag makes it a pointless product unfortunately.
Then, quite a few times after we would turn off the alarm, the loud alert sound randomly started playing through our phone when the app wasn't even open and the sensor was in its case.
After emails and multiple attempted calls about the issues, we've heard nothing from the company and are very disappointed we spent so much money on a product that isn't working or providing the service it is sold for.

Very disappointed.
For the first few nights, the sensor alarm went off, but by the time my 7yo child woke, he was already completely soaked and the bed was wet from leaks. I tried placing underwear under a pull-up, but the underwear became saturated first, causing the pull-up to leak through the sides rather than absorb properly. The device also does not adhere to a pull-up, so there was no practical or effective way to use it as intended. I also noticed the device repeatedly came unstuck from the underwear, presumably due to the amount of moisture.
The device requires a mobile phone to be kept in the child’s room overnight in order to function. This was concerning to me, as it places a phone in close proximity to a child for extended periods, even when set to flight mode.
After only a few nights of use, the alarm stopped sounding altogether. I followed the manufacturer’s troubleshooting advice and tested the device using the recommended coin test. While the device itself appeared to register the test, the alarm still did not sound, even after reinstalling the app.
In addition, the app did not track wet nights as intended. It frequently displayed “zero data,” possibly because the phone was kept in flight mode overnight. At times it appeared to register a star when my child woke dry, but on other occasions it did not. The app also failed to consistently record or retain these results, meaning there was no reliable tracking of progress at all.
I contacted customer service when I first received the device as I was shocked at the reckless requirement to leave a phone in proximity to a child for whole nights as he slept. The response was so dismissive that it gave me an indication customer service really did not care once the sale was made, so I did not bother engaging again.
Overall, this product was ineffective, unreliable, and did not perform as advertised. Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of money, and I would not recommend it to others.

Worked well initially, sensor would beep and trigger the alarm. Now however, it rarely triggers the alarm and worse still sometimes the sensor does not even beep. The sensor still functions when tested with a coin. I emailed customer service over 1 week ago and still not had a response!! Was really pleased initially however am now increasing frustrated.
We have used the system for one night. The alarm did not go off despite the two times it should have. The app gave my child stars for a dry night that was not dry.
We tested the sensor and all seemed to be in order but it did not perform as advertised.
My son is on its way to stop wetting his bead thanks to Oopsie Heroes. Great product compared to other options currently on the market. Easy to use and my son adopted the Product from day one. It can be used with your smartphone on airplane mode, so no risk of having phone waves disrupting your kid's sleep.

**UPDATE**
After writing my first review, Oopsie heroes got back to me. What happened was, their last email to me landed on my spam and that's why I never saw it.
Once we communicted, they were kind and helpful, and in the end they sent me a new alarm, since our current one seemed to me faulty (as explained in my original review), and they asked me to send them the faulty one, which I did.
I received the new one on March 26th, 2025. We started using it right away. So far it is working just fine. As per my daughter staying dry, it is too early to tell.
But, for anyone reading this, please do not hesitate to communicate with them, they will help you.
*******************************************************
Our daughter started using the alarm during her summer school break. It worked great! Indeed, exactly at week 6, she began waking up dry most nights. Once she went back to school in the fall, she regressed and started wetting the bed again.
We started using the alarm again, but unfortunately, it got washed in the laundry by accident, and after that it wasn't working anymore.
So we ordered a second one, this time with the clip (since sometimes the sticker would come undone). But this second alarm seemed defective: sometimes it would go off, sometimes it wouldn't. Frustrated, we put the alarm away for a few days, and when we got it back out again, we tested it with a coin (it beeped), put it on my daughter, but again it wouldn't go off, and she would wake up wet.
I emailed the company, stating this and all the things that we have tried, they answered and asked me to send a video of the alarm being tested.
By the time I sent the video, the alarm had been put away form some days, so of course, when I got it back out and tested it, it beeped. I was honest and I sent the video.
And this is as far as I got. This was in mid-January, 2025, and as of now, end of February, I have not heard from them.
I am still hopeful that they will help us. We never seemed to have any issues when we got our first alarm. But with the second one we seemed to have had issues early on, even though we were doing, as far as we know, everything right.
(For reference, these are the things we tried with the second alarm. -Taken from the second email I sent-:
-We used the clip.
-we used the stickers.
-We made sure to clean the alarm every time it went off.
-Whenever any of the dots in the alarm got dark we sanded it carefully (per the company's suggestion).
-Thinking that maybe some sanding dust got inside the alarm, we blew on it.
-We made sure that the alarm was well placed and her underwear was nice and snug.
-We reset our iPad every night and tested the alarm with a coin, right before she went to bed.

What can we say. We had an 8 yr old boy who still needed pull-ups and we were at the end of our rope trying new ideas all of which failed and frustrated him. My wife found Oopsie on the internet and explained what it was to him and he decided it would be okay to try. 3 months later and after just 2 accidents in the first 2 weeks we are free of expensive pull-ups and he has more confidence. I highly recommend trying this product. It was easy to apply and wasn’t uncomfortable for him to wear during the night. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks Oopsie Heroes!

I don't know what we are doing wrong, but the stickers come loose before the alarm goes off.
Sometimes with a bit of luck te sensor lies in the wet zone with his contacts down. But most of the times we have no luck.
Any tips are welcome cause I believe it will work.

Night two: again soaked underwear, alarm didn't go off any time... I have it on 'rooster' sound one night, second night 'harsh alarm' not once did it ring.

Alarm stopped working after about 60 days. Alarm was properly cared for per instructions.
Customer service excellent
We had problems with the delivery (purely fault on my side) and the customer service was very forthcoming up to a degree to send a new package without extra charge which we received in due time. I want to say thank you to the entire team for this customer experience.
I was nervous to use because of other reviews but I must say I was THRILLED with the experience. My 7 year old was wetting the bed upwards of 3-4 times a night. We have tried everything over the years. The product says it can take 4-6 weeks to be completely dry at night.
By week 2 my son was down to 1 alarm a night instead of 3-4 alarms. Instead of waking up wet he was waking up to the alarm basically dry.
By week 3 the alarm stopped going off bc my son was waking up by himself to pee (and my son is the DEEPEST sleeper - so I was surprised he was waking himself up).
By week 4 he was completely dry, occasionally waking up to pee and no need for the alarm.
So he was dry within the month. I had about 3 weeks of interrupted sleep with the alarm going off but it was entirely worth it because the Oopsie Hero worked as it said it would.
My tip to not having to change sheets every night for the first couple weeks was to put my son in underpants, attach the alarm to the underpants and then put a nappy over the top. While this might not work for every family, the alarm rang every time the underpants got wet, but the nappy stopped it going through to the sheets.
By the end of week two we removed the nappy and left the underpants with the alarm and by week 4 we removed the alarm and declared my son nappy free.

I was really hesitant ordering this product. It had amazing reviews but I couldn't find much info about anyone in the US using it and some of the main reviews I could find seemed to be from influencers.
We had tried some wireless undies from another brand and the sound was too loud and harsh for my kid with sensory needs. He would wake up crying. We tried that for a week or two and then took a week off. We have been using Oopsie Heroes for about 3 weeks. Before starting my son would wet the bed twice every night and not wake at all. By the end of the first week he was waking easily with the alarm and only having one small accident before using the bathroom and going back to bed. He has stayed dry 9 of the last 10 days and it has been life changing.
The package arrived quickly and was easy to use. Some set up instructions arrived a few days later via e-mail that would have been helpful to have from the get go. The clip either arrived broken or broke after the first use. But the stickers are working great.
It does not look like you can change our batteries in the teardrop sensor which is disappointing as I'd like to be able to use this again with my next child too.
Overall a phenomenal product. We especially love being able to use regular underwear with it and being able to record your own sounds in the app.

Oopsie hero is good for when I wet the bed so then oppsie wakes me up. I like I can choose my own alarm. From Miss E - 6yo
Helped my kid learn when it was time to get up for toilet. Fantastic product. A++
Bedwetting alarm is really good product, it works perfectly.
Oopsie Heroes was a really good experience and convinced us 100%. The product does well and as we got problems with our health insurance getting refund, the company supported us in all concerns, took contact to the health insurance to clarify the situation and find a solution. We got money back finally. Thanks Oopsie/Lifesense!
Great customer service! Helped us after mistake in our order and refunded directly.
Thanks!!
After many years of diapers and a few attempts which ended up in disappointment, we found Oopsie heroes. Because I knew it would be difficult I ordered a set of extra stickers. My son was very dedicated, after a few disappointments it helped him to finally find his way in staying dry throughout the night. When he learned the sensor didn’t work anymore he had a few accidents, but we got a new sensor and since then he succeeded to maintain dry.
