I purchased a leak proof bra as I cannot stand cotton or removable pads, as it’s one last hassle when I am looking after the baby on my own. Unfortunately it seems to have leaked through the week when my milk let down, so not only did I have many wake ups, but I also had to deal with a wet bra.

Products are awesome, while I appreciate the individual paper packaging, it would be great if there would be a more space saving way of packaging, it is super annoying having a pile of paper and having to unpack every individual product.

I feel very satisfied with the panties I've bought. There are some that might feel a bit tight pulling them up, but nothing dramatic, really (chose a smaller size). They sit perfectly, don't cause me any pain or discomfort. They hold a lot and don't smell bad even after hours. I feel protected and dry for long. And most of all, I feel very pretty while wearing them. 🌸

The slip seemless ultimatr absorbs way less than the shorty extra strong. They shouldn’t have said 10 tampons. That really is overestimating it and they got sold out so quick, people will be disappointed. They are better than the stark version but the shorty extra strong does its job better and is the most absorbant style ooia ever had.

Thank you for replying ooia team :). From my point of view, just the size of the absorption between the legs make the shorty extra strong more reliable. It is much larger with extra security. When blood flows, it has mechanically more space :). Maybe with the flow of a machine, the measurments make the ultimate panties the best but with a human it’s different and like you say every flow is different but i wanted to help someone else with this little detail. Yes the shorty is the best model on the european market in my opinion for extreme heavy flow and i’ve almost tried them all :)).

Thank you, I just received the menstrual panties and In general I am happy with the product (nice design, and I hope they will perform their function as well - this is still to be checked by time ), but the bemol is the size: I ordered two M, of which one is sitting perfectly on me and the other one is loose. So seems like the size varies from model to model, which is not possible to guess in advance, when you shop.

It’s not the first time am buying from ooia. I love the design and details the pants are made of. I love to be very comfortable during my days and have no tight things on me but still wanna feel enough sexy for myself. Ooia is a great combination of both. Just hope there will be some fully cotton underpants of a same quality to buy in the future. Great job!!

easy to order, amazing products, fun to receive and to wear!

The product is of high quality, but the sizes run smaller than expected. Additionally, if you need to return it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs yourself. I tried to exchange it for a bigger size, but it was not available, and there was no option to choose a different color of the same product or another product. Ultimately, ordering it has cost me 12 Euros in delivery and return fees. I wouldn't recommend it to a friend.

I really like the panties. Ive been wearing them for the last 5 years and can only recommend them. I love the softness, the color and how comfortable it is!

I’ve just received my package after some initial issues with delivery. Ooia’s support team was very helpful and resolved the problem in a timely manner. I really appreciated their quick and professional response.

Now that everything has arrived, I can finally start testing the products — and my first impression is very positive! Looking forward to seeing how they perform.

Terrible customer support. Did not receive my money back.

I received 3 items from my order on 30.07 and on 31.07 I sent everything back with DHL because they did not fit well. My return was delivered to Ooia on 05.08. In my return I registered 1 item for a complete refund, and 2 items for an exchange, hoping that a different size would fit better.

Three days later I received an email from ooia customer support asking me to confirm which products I sent back?! I replied the same day saying that i returned all the items which I ordered.

Since then I have heard back from ooia. On their website it says that they issue refunds within 7-10 working days. It has been 14 working days since my return arrived to them, and neither did I receive any money back, not the requested exchange products. I sent another email to the customer support, but no reply (not in spam, no where)

At this point I no longer want the exchange products and demand my complete money back!
