Amazing car rental and I am really glad I chose them instead of others. Perfect communication, since beginning, little bit waiting time at the airport but other than that they were great. It was possible to prolong rental by 1 day and I just needed one call for that to get arranged. You can pay the deposit by credit, debit cards, or by cash. The returnment of the vehicle was smooth they have key lockbox so it was pretty easy to return the car. The deposit was sent to me within 3 busines days. Totally recommended!

Very bad experience – do not recommend.
I rented a car in August 2025 from Only Sardinia Autonoleggio (Cagliari) and it was delivered in dangerous conditions – with no brake fluid, putting my safety and my passengers’ at serious risk. When I discovered the issue the next day, the only solution was to wait over 4 hours in a remote location for a replacement car.

Communication with staff was confusing and unprofessional. They also tried to charge me for damages to the replacement car, even though I had paid for additional insurance. This caused financial loss (I had to delay a boat reservation) and significant stress.

Great experience with this company. The staff was very nice despite our situation… thanks to them we were able to enjoy our trip. We had a new car small size small price just perfect !!! Thank you so much !!

We booked a car with another company which was overbooked, they advised us OnlySardinia. We could only book a small car for 5 people for a much higher price. We payed for 10 days, but on the last day OnlySardinia called us where the car was, we had to return it. We explained that we agreed a price for 10 days, now they say it's for 9 days and we have to pay 1 day extra. I did not agree, but they just took it from my creditCard. I found out too late, so I can't dispute.

Booked my car in advance from 27.09 to 04.10.22. Arrived to the office, and 15 minutes later was driving on the road. Very fast check in. No hassle. Car was in very good condition.Very clean inside and outside with full tank of fuel. Check out procedure was not more than 20 minutes. Deposit on my credit card was unblocked straight at the check out.
I can really recommend the Autonoleggio Sardinya car rental.

After we were let down by another company with whom we had pre booked, Only Sardinia sorted us out. The guys there are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Rented a car with them in Sept. 2021. Had to change rental companies last minute at the airport after arrival because of a problem with the other rental company. Staff was very nice, got us a car in 20 minutes. Car was like new, staff very diligent in noting down all scrapes and bumps. No hassle at all. Returning the car was very easy as well.

Friendly and efficient and helpful service, above expectations. Cars are the same, proces more or less the same, so people make the difference.

we rented a car for 10 days. when turning, they found scratches on the underside of the car on the front bumper. we checked the car thoroughly before renting, but we didn't expect that you need to check the car from below! the owner, who made a good impression on us during the handover, checked the car very briefly, did not pay attention to various traces, he saw a scratch on the underside of the bumper when returning !! when he returned, he pretended that he did not know English, he handed over the negotiations to his employee who had nothing to say. I am embarrassed by the whole situation, they treated us very unfairly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE
