Onlineliqour.com is the absolute worst. It should called Scam.com because that is exactly what it is. I placed a order in Feburary 2025 and as of 25 March 2025 I still have not received my order or my refund. Next step is to get my lawyers involved i am so pissed it is unbelievable! Do not order from this company unless you want to lose your money!!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, glad I cancelled the order.
They don’t provide a contact phone number that works - the number provided rings twice and goes to a generic voicemail.
They tried to charge 10% on a cancelled order. Just for cancelling the order. Makes no sense.
No listed policy on the site, no details provided. Customer support was super curt and did not provide any kind of cancellation phone number etc.

I ordered a bottle of Blanton Bourbon…
I ordered a bottle of Blanton Bourbon and a gift card to be delivered in SC. Total cost $201.00. Product was not delivered and online liquor kept it. No refund. No customer service. No phone. This is a scam and ripoff company. Numerous unanswered emails requesting a refund. I filed a complaint with the BBB and next is the Attorney General Consumer fraud division.

Spent over 8k on clients and they screwed up the oders.
Sent xmas gifts to over 30 clients the beginning on Dec.
1. Orders delivered the day after Xmas, were returned and onlineliquor.com didn't notify me....I had to email them to get orders resent.
2. Only part of orders were delivered....I had to email several times to get then to correct this.
3. They didn't wrap or attach cards,which I paid for to half of the orders....so my clients had no idea who sent them.
Very embarrassing to have to call clients to find out if they received thier order.
Wouldn't spend another dime with them.

Sent me a wrong bottle and no response!!!
Sent me a wrong bottle of bourbon that I did not order. I have reached out by email several times to try and get this corrected and have gotten ZERO response. Shipping was fast and prices were ok but if you can't get my order right, or respond to emails to make it right, we won't be doing business again in the future. Unfortunately there is no phone number to even call to try and get this fixed. The crazy part is that the bottle I received is less expensive than what I had paid for!!!

ordered a bottle of whiskey but received another brand of whiskey in the box sent from onlineliquor.com. Sent an email (no phone number available) to them and i did receive a response to send back a picture of the wrong bottle and delivery box. Sent this multiple times - no response. Sent multiple more emails . . . no response. Timely delivery but wrong product. If you want good fast service and want to gamble on whether you get what you ordered online, then most certainly use this merchant!

Do not buy from onlineliquor.com. One of my Blantons bottles seal broke and had leaked through the shipping box. I paid for shipping insurance. They did respond to my email stating what had happened. All they did was offer a 10% discount on future orders. I have ordered through other sites and had much better experiences. Stay away from onlineliquor.com

On line liquor shipped me an open bottle of Weller 12 year bourbon. When I received the shipment the bottle was opened and leaking. I Had paid for shipping insurance and also left a $46.13 tip for the order of 7 bottles of bourbon. This bottle represented $324.99 out of a $1013.89 order.
The company responded to my email saying that leakage is normal but I would not expect 3 or 4 ounces. The Weller 12 has a screw cap and it was opened and looks like someone had a shot on me.
Company does not have a custome service tel Number and only responds to email.
I received the shipment Dec 1 2023 and as of today Jan 16 2024 they have not rectified the situation. I have sent emails and pictures of the opened bottle but no action on their part. I would stay away from onlineliquor.com since they have no sense of customer service. At the very least do not tip or waste your money on the insurance or tip since they are just an extra revenue grab that goes into their pockets. Over the past month they kept making promises to rectify the opened bottle issue but never followed through.
Poor customer service
Nice to be able to have Blanton’s shipped to Virginia. Fair price, easy to order, timely shipping. However, the whisky had leaked without obvious damage to the seal. The volume was about 1 shot light. I contacted customer service twice by email because (1) I wanted reassurance that it was still safe to drink and (2) I figure they owe me about $10 credit for the shortage. They never responded. Yes they warn about leakage, but say nothing about product safety. People have died from tainted whisky. They acknowledge the leakage problem on their website and say they will reimburse for lost product. Why no safety statement? And why no store credit, or even the courtesy of a response?
This may be a scam
I placed an order to onlineliquor.com on November 25 and was charged $270 from my paypal account. On November 27, I received an email that stated my delivery address was missing a unit number. I replyied and corrected it that day . On November 29th, I was emailed a UPS signature required, tracking number. I saw that the order was being shipped to Charlotte NC, which I thought was unusual because I live in Wisconsin. The tracking number's delivery was scheduled for Monday December 4th. I was going to be out of town and on Monday morning I contacted UPS to change the delivery date to Thursday December 7th. During my call I was informed by the UPS agent that the tracking number I just gave them was being delivered to someone with a different name and address than I just gave them and the delivery was to a NC address. I WAS SHOCKED so I immediately sent several emails to onlineliquor.com, one through the string of emails on my email account and one through thier web site "contact section" stating all the above information. 10 hours later, I received a reply to my email string that said "We made a mistake, we are out of stock and will send the shipment to you when it comes in on Thursday" and the other response just several minutes from the first one gave me a new tracking number that stated the delivery was going to be on Tuesday. The second tracking number had a name and address that again wasn't mine. The email said this was the name and number I gave them on my order, which was completely false. I am diputing the charge and should I receive my order I will reverse that decision.

Best Bourbon selection
I Absolutely love onlineliquor.com. I live in Ohio( they’re out of California) and they are so professional and understanding! I had one small issue, I emailed them; they reached out to me VIA Email and the corrected the issue!
I just want to tell you all I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars here for my personal collection. I highly recommend to anyone who loves bourbon to give them a try! They have a great selection of Japanese spirits available as well.

Purchased $425 bottle and wasn't home to collected from delivery guy. So ups send it back it was a busy time in my life and I forgot about it. And So did they.
So convenient for them not to contact me or return me founds. 2 months latter I checked credit card and surprise I didn't see refund tried to call them but another surprises no phone # I wrote email with order number got now answer. A week latter another email and a third one than they were kind enough to inform me that there 25% restocking fee. WOW. Better than nothing so I've asked to refund what's left of my $425 and than I wrote another email asking for what's left and another. 10 EMAILS TOTAL proofs that they are not worth of my or your time. Fact that the bottle went back to them and they did not react and hopped I will forget (and they were close) makes the scam artists . They charged my card in May got my 258.45 back after struggle in September.

I did my research and found a lot of scams but onlineliquor.com is absolutely not one of them. I ordered Blantons, Eagle rare, EH Taylor, Wellers Antique 107, Wellers Special reserve and Buffalo Trace. All showed up in 4 days incredibly well packaged and in perfect condition. I highly recommend using this company!
