Eventually arrived, ,
Checked out rest of accessories,,
No battery charger drop in charging box , sent photos of delivery box & contents, answer was ,, no the charger is there , ( no ,, the plug with transformer box plug etc is there ,)
But no drop/ slide in charging batt box ,, won't except it that that's what's in the box ,, still ongoing,,. Refund will be on a dispute with credit card company I guess

BEWARE, I ordered an Impact Wrench with 2 x 4.5ah batteries. They sent me an impact wrench wit 2x 3ah batteries, probably hoping that I would not notice, when I told them that they sent the wrong batteries, they said they sent the correct item, they really did not. i wonder how many other people have had this done to them and not noticed ? I am returning for a refund

I purchased a one van impact. Found it to be excellent. It undid my 19mm lugnuts on my s type jaguar with ease. Did them up tight enough too

The product ( an impact drill) seems to be fine until i used it , I drilled 4 holes and when i finished the chuck jamed, the drill seems to be fused, i have written 3 letters ,supplied photos, and even ask to pay for a replacement chuch , they say "customer service " is paramount, what ever you do ,do not loose the reciept or order number, (which is what i can't find) , they adammant they will not help, DON'T BUY BUY FROM THEM.

Quick delivery , good strong gun, The socket sent with it was useless.

This is a great tool I have given it a hard time since I bought it last year. and it keeps going I use it both my car and van. I also use it when I'm putting up fences, a Great tool. The only thing I dislike about it is its weight. it is a bit heavy with the big battery's in it.

First impressions were good, seemed well built and very powerful with long battery life. Unfortunately, they have very little durability backed up by a very poor warranty!
2 Items out of 3 are now useless, after very little use, 3rd one not been used.
Value isn't value in the long run!

I purchased the 2100Nm impact wrench through a third-party retailer and initially was very impressed by the power. It will remove most stubborn wheel nuts and suspension fasteners without much trouble.

Unfortunately, reliability has been a major issue.

The first impact wrench failed internally after a relatively short period of use. When disassembled, it appeared a piece of internal metal had broken, suggesting a weakness in the design. One of the supplied batteries was also faulty from new and would not function correctly.

I contacted Onevan directly regarding the failure. They initially seemed interested in investigating the issue, but after a few emails they stopped responding entirely. Credit where it's due, the third-party retailer replaced the impact wrench without issue.

Since then, another battery has literally shattered due to poor-quality plastic construction, and after only around two months of workshop use the retaining ring on the anvil has worn out completely. Sockets now regularly fall off the gun during use.

For occasional DIY use, the tool may represent decent value for money. However, based on my experience, it simply does not stand up to daily professional workshop use. The power is there, but the durability, battery quality and after-sales support let it down significantly.

Excellent Impact wrench, unfortunately, some of the sockets are not to the same standard, they will not fit onto the impact wrench, badly engineered

The Service is Absolutely ABYSMAL they state 7-10 working Days, 12 working Days Later Total of 17 Days all told since Order still no Package! i suppose the Cheap enough Price entails you get exactly what you Pay for! ie Courier Companys work 24/7 365 Days a year, do not Rate this Comoany whatsoever.

1 of the batteries failed it only lights to 1st light after 24 hours charge at this moment I am trying to get in touch with customers service james

No manual and vibrates so that it hurts your arms and battery lasts like 5 minitues

The turbo blower is extremely loud (I guess that's why they put the ear plugs in the box,) in their advertising there is no mention of the loudness and the ear plugs.
If you're using it for a while the blow dry ok you'll find that it gets fairly hot as well. If I knew what I know now I would not have purchased it
