Their strategy is to give you a bunch of boilerplate templates that they give to all of their customers and charge you thousands of dollars to do it. By the end of it, you still have to redo all of the work that they do if you’re ever audited. If you call back and ask them for support, they will say that it is your responsibility as an organization to get compliant. There are solutions out there where you can actually be compliant and pay less than their consultation fee alone. They have thousands of videos about compliance and no success stories. They have many fake testimonials on their websites, and false reviews.
