As a recent customer
As a recent customer who has decided to try and pursue some other avenues of marketing I'll give my honest review.
I've been working with Ashley Green the past few months, who for her part, I feel has been attentive, responsive and provided the services we paid for. We paid the monthly $400 fee for Google profile marketing to improve our organic position on Google. Each month OMG has provided a comprehensive and detailed email outlining what was done, showing analytic improvements, etc. I can't complain at all about them not delivering on the service, like some of these reviews do.
What I can say is that whether it's just not the right marketing approach for us, or organic profile results just aren't yielding actual clients; we just haven't found we are getting many leads for the cost of the service. That in a nutshell is why we decided to exhaust our marketing budget, which is far exceeded this year, on something else. It doesn't mean it won't work out better for you. As a law office, we are just a thin market and I think we just aren't having much luck with organic search results.
In terms of service, responsiveness, providing a transparent review of their work, and overall I'd rate then 5 stars. But in terms of overall achievement of our goal, cost of the service, and our results I have to give them 3 stars. So a healthy 4 star review is where I will leave it.
Read this before using OMG National....
These people labeled themself as marketers and actually do not know a singular thing within the marketing world except sales and getting you through the door with a shady 30 day notice contract.
Time to break it down. So when my father signed up with this company 1-2ish months ago the sales man was spewing on the phone he is going to have to hire a secretary with the amount of calls he'll be getting in the next month or two. Don't believe me? Just read the other reviews here they'll start to sound familiar and get on a call with their sales guy. They'll resell you your own house with you living in it just to get a sale.
He signed up for their google + FB Pro plan and than guess what? Low and behold after 2 months he was loaded with 1000 calls and was busier than ever... Sike not a singular client came from their work, meanwhile charging him $1200 + forced to pay the next month as they got a 30 day notice so $1800 overall for 0 clients.
Their FB Pro plan is truly the worse I've ever seen in marketing, won't disclose exactly how many posts they do a month but let's just say the number is closer to 0 than 10. So he's paying $300 for FB organic and doing that amount per month is insane to me. Ontop of this the first month they posted literally nothing for whatever reason.
The quality of said post is actually laughable as anyone with a hour of experience in canva can do it.
Then when you question them they immediately say "Oh you don't know much about marketing, but X amount of posts is better than 20 a month". You realize this is back-handed statement. You just said that "since you're not in marketing you can't tell me anything". That statement is crazy and just shows how unprofessional the digital marketers are in this company and know truly nothing. Can't explain in depth WHY their only doing X amount besides saying "oh this is the best way to target your audience and not pumping out 20 a day as they won't get you anywhere". Brother oh brother do you truly know nothing. 20 posts a month would garner 10X results than your 2 and I can provide evidence and guarantee it will.
They basically want you to pay $300+ for a program that posts little to nothing a month and saying "It comes with time and patience". Yeah time and patience of robbing my time and money. I know how organic works and 20+ posts vs (number closer to 0) will beat out every single time unless said post is of upmost quality which theirs is not.
That sentence alone sealed the deal and I immediately knew this company is full of themselves and just go off dirty business practices to pull customers in with their over the top salesman that pitch you on the biggest dream possible that I feel like is already breaching illegal grounds.
Also whoever is the customer service that's going to reply to this with a phone number, no I am not going to call it as I want nothing to do with this firm ever again. It's truly the worst agency I've ever seen and practically a walking scam.
Just some background on me, I've been in the space for 2 years and only been doing Organic posting on FB, Insta, Tiktok. I've gone viral plenty of times and seen plenty of fellow associate branded accounts go viral and grow over the years. Do not read me a script stating "This is the best way to grow" knowing fully it's not.
Hope this company goes under, but probably won't do to the fact their using predatory targeting to older adults that don't know any better and are preying on their inexperience. I guarantee they're running ADs for themselves that the targeting is 40+ for sure. Basically preying on people who don't look up reviews and know nothing on marketing.
🎉Congratulations you achieved scammer status🎉
OMG National helped our business get to…
OMG National helped our business get to the next level by increasing our Google Rank and dominating online. They've exceeded our expectations across the board.
Top quality marketing company.
OMG has done a great job for my company. They have made my social media look amazing, and they do a phenomenal job running my Google Ads. I would highly recommend.
Their terms don't mean much
OMG reached out with a "win back" promotion of buy one month, get 2 months free of service. And we could cancel with 30 days notice if we weren't happy. That cancellation date was May 13th, to avoid getting charged again on June 13th. Sounded good. We decided to give them a chance with our Google LSA ads and figured the time between signing up and the cancellation date to avoid additional charges was enough for them to show some progress and earn more time
They indicated that as a google premier partner they could help us a) reduce costs/call-lead, b) increase volume and c) increase quality in addition to being our advocate when disputing leads which has been a challenge.
NONE of those thing happened. In fact, thanks to their advice, our cost/call went UP, quality was the same or lower, and volume went down. We talked at length and they said it may not work for our business. Fair enough. Marketing is tough, and even their account manager apologized for the overconfidence of the sales person and the onboarding team (whole other story there). They asked if they could propose alternate marketing. After much time, they came back with some ideas for FB, but even then, they apparently didn't take all our previous conversations and metrics into account. Even if they hit ALL their best potential projections, the campaigns didn't make financial sense.
So, we cancelled May 6th. They acknowledged it. The account manager at first said she was pushing out the account, but then said she'd continue to be my contact through the duration of the term. Then her boss came along on 5/16 and said that he was officially pushing everything out and we're done.
So, apparently we don't actually get the full term of what was agreed. In order to get the full 3 months of our original agreement, we were told we have to pay for the 4th month.... not in any of my paperwork. I was clear all along that they had all that time to show some results, snow some progress, some some plan to move forward that made sense.

These guys promise towing/Roadside company owners everything just to get your money. Jared is absolutely a snake oil salesman very deceptive cunning and must say an awesome bold face liar. From running special pay 1 month get 2 months free but once they have your money it’s as slow a snail mail so don’t expect to get 3 months like promised. Tow companies beware they also have Facebook pages just to lure you in and deceive you check out Tow Talk on Facebook. Pretty much go with Towingwebsites.com so a big ZERO for Jared and the whole OMG NATIONAL. This is all from experience if they weren’t so greedy they could be kinda good. Thanks J Bateman

I had a cold call from Chris Graniti who wanted to discuss social media as I rolled my eyes, thinking here's another one telling me how wonderful they were and he's going to make me the mortgage queen of social media. I tried to blow him off but he called again and again and again I told him I would think about it, hopefully he would forget about me and find someone else.
The last time he called he made me an offer where I could try it for 90 days and I could cancel within 30 days with written notice.
Imagine my surprise and delight to see my Google Business Page moving up on the Google Search Engine within 3 weeks.
Chris has done everything he said he would do and more, he answers his phone and is always available for coaching and support. He is going to be getting a 5 star review from me.

I would give 0 stars if that were an option. The service and product are an epic fail. After providing a cancellation notice they are still charging my card. Do not waste your time, bad product bad service.

This is the honest review from the customer of OMG National.
Before I deep dive to hole detailed review I would like to note that do not trust to the sales person of OMG national, after speaking with sales person for 2 days he cursed me with NASTY WORDS. it felt like I am living and operating on 3rd world country. Bryan called me after all and apologizing and make it right offering me with big discounts 3months of service for $499 he gave me his phone number and his personal phone telling me that I can call anytime when I need his help he never replied to phone calls or emails.
OMG national do not know what they doing, They are not able to rank your website or GMB profile. If you contact any company regarding the SEO they must to do audit of your current ranking and if your profile missing something they must work particular issue.
My Company was ranking within 20 miles radius I was getting the customers and leads everyday. For Google ranking each details is important, constancy your phone number, website, address reviews and your company name. OMG national changed website link on GMB profile and put incorrect information on the citations. The chain of things cause me lot of money.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. if you looking for the help for your marketing, contact your local marketing company who understand the Local SEO better.

They never posted
One Month went by and they never posted. The sales guy told me if I didn't get 4-5 sales the first month, I could have a refund. I got zero sales because THEY NEVER POSTED! When I asked for my money back, they said we were even because they wouldn't make me pay for the second month (which was really just the 30 day cancellation notice). So I didn't get anything for first month or second month. I should have paid attention to the reviews. Use them at your own risk. Shady business practices.

OMG just know how to milk customers and not really deliver what you promise
Been About a Year - Solid Progress Made
We signed up with OMG last fall, just about a year ago. We started initially in part because of a problem with our Google & Yelp pages, we had an ex-employee slamming us. Inside of a year, we went from 1.4 stars on Googel up to 4.3 and they were able to get all of the fake Yelps removed. Also, as part of their Local Marketing package, we now dominate for swimming pool contracting in Howell. Very pleased with the work and the people have been great.

Consumers should be alert when doing business with OMG National. This experience has been a complete nightmare for our small business. Their practices are deceitful and unethical in nature. They misspelled words, couldn't even use our logo and posted random old pictures of our company and random useless posts, without any consent or approval.
Don't trust them with your passwords or any other confidential information. . They continue to post information on-line without our consent.
Please be aware of what you are getting into before doing business with OMG National. They have a history scamming consumers.
Sneaky company
Sneaky company, not to say scammers! They charged us 200.00 setup fee, ok. A month later and they couldn't deliver a decent 10 seconds video (my10 year old daughter did something better) before charging their monthly fee of 400.00 as part of the contract maintenance even tho they couldn't even start the marketing campaign. The video they delivered was certainly created by anybody but a professional. Now they charged us 400.00 as cancellation fee and if we want to do just one month they're charging another 400.00 to "unblock the assets". So far we paid 600.00 for absolutely nothing and 2 months lost. The worst part is that they keep trying to charge our credit card.
THIS IS THE WORST IT GETS
THIS IS THE WORST IT GETS. I HAD A PRESSURING SALES PERSON CALL US BACK TO BACK FOR WEEKS PRESSURING US TO TRY THE SERVICE. I SIGNED UP AND THE PROCESS WAS TERRIBLE. THE SUPPORT SET UP REQUIRES AN EXTENSIVE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR YOU TO BE ON THE PHONE TO SET UP. NEXT, THE THEIR TARGETING ABILITY IS VERY LOCAL. MOREOVER, ONCE I REQUESTED CANCELLATION OF THE SERVICE, I RECEIVE A SLICK EMAIL STATING THEY WOULD CANCEL BUT PROVIDE SOME COMP MONTHS. HOWEVER, THEY USE THIS AS A WAY TO CONTINUED TO BILL YOU FOR A SERVICE THAT CLEARLY DOES NOT WORK. CLOSE TO $1600 EXTRA
Great marketing work for my business
