We bought 2 standing desks, although I can't vouch for how long lasting it will be, we really like the colors and the finish, it looks sturdy, and the height adjustment mechanism works smoothly.
Also very helpful to change our table tops when we realized we weren't happy with the color of our original choice.
My experience with Office Interior's desk purchase has been disappointing. The desk I received looks nothing like the one shown on their website. Despite selecting the 'midden eiken' color based on their image, the actual desk has a much darker shade.
When I contacted their customer service, they tried to attribute the color difference to the lighting conditions in my room, which I find hard to believe. The desk is placed in a well-lit white room next to large windows, so their explanation doesn't hold up.
They refused to exchange the desk without charging me a fee because it’s not their practice as they “never receive this kind of complaints”. So… if you never receive this kind of complains, would be easier to offer this option for the customers that do feel the color is not the same.
Overall, my experience with Office Interior has been unsatisfactory.
