Shipping was free (which is always a big bonus in my opinion) and shipping was very prompt. Prices were great for the items I ordered. Lastly, I received a very nice email from Tammy who wanted to know how they did * if I was happy with my order. All-in-all, this is a 10* operation and I am very happy doing business with NY Lingerie.

Bad and lazy customer service.
I contacted the company through email with a question regarding two of their products. A reply came back from Ashley Penn, Administrative Manager who directed me to call their customer service number for help. I did that, no answer, but voice mail went to Ashley. I emailed her back and notified her I left her a message. Never heard back. I would shy away from this company.
