Be careful when ordering from NuraBeam.

I was charged €399 for a subscription that I did not knowingly select. Customer support confirmed in writing that the subscription and order had been cancelled and that I would receive a full refund within 10–14 days.

The refund never arrived, and after several follow-up emails the company stopped responding altogether.

I have emails in which the refund is explicitly promised, as well as the return information that was provided by the company itself.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

SCAMMERS - DO NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND UNLESS YOU REMOVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW
I returned the arm bands to a Portugal address and have not received my credit, dates back to March. Numerous emails and the reply's I get are "remove your review and we will then refund your money" What an absolute joke!!! Please be warned do not use this company.

Nurabeam are a criminal organisation which takes your money under false pretences, apologises and promises to refund your money, which in my case was $600.00 but never refunds it!!

SCAMMERS!!!!!! they should be shut down and arrested for repeated theft!!!
In Feb I purchased the red light therapy belt. A one and done purchase. Never received any "free" stuff, fast forward to end of May. I get a text at MIDNIGHT that they are trying to take first, $399.98. THEN I get a notification that another $199.98 is trying to be withdrawn from my account!! I NEVER consented to this!!! Still waiting to see if they steal my money!! >:( >:(

The listed price of the item I purchased was €42.90. However, I discovered that a total of €338.25 had been withdrawn from my account, which does not correspond to the agreed purchase price and includes charges for services or subscriptions that I never knowingly signed up for.
I contacted Nurabeam and requested a refund. At first they responded, but the issue was never resolved, and now they have stopped replying altogether.
Very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this company.

I placed 1 order for this product

I placed 1 order for this product. The merchant signed me up for a subscription and kept charging me 199, 399 and 799 dollars per month. The initial order I got did not work. They have a 30 day money back guarantee except that you cannot reach them except by email. Even then they rarely respond. So I could not return the item. They kept sending me these creams, none of which I opened with the hpoe of retuening them at some point when I have their return address. Over several months they kept telling me that the subscription was a mistake but continued it. I went to my bank to complain. They changed my card but Nurabeam kept trying to bill me. Then they sent me an email asking for a different form of payment. If I could giove them a zero I would. Do not get involved with this company. They are scammers.

I am being charged for a subscription…

I am being charged for a subscription that I did not agree too for the second month. I know have canceled my credit card and have both almost $400 charges disputed. When you click on any of the links you get a reply that the link will not work or the system can not find your email in their system. Yet you are in the email they sent you. HUGE SCAM!!!!!

Beware of Nurabeam

Beware of Nurabeam. We got scammed! We ordered an arm band red light and we got it, but then a month later we receive an email for a Subscription charge of $399.99 for NuraBeam Creams that they said we clicked it while checking out, which we do not recall at all, and they actually charged our credit card. We emailed them back right away (since they do not have a phone number) asking them to cancel whatever that subscription was, and they replied back with an apology and that it will be refunded. It's been 3 months now and no credit back for the charge. We contacted Barclays frontier card and disputed it, but unfortunately they lied to them and Barclays card dispute department are so incompetent that they sided with them even though we provided them all the proof and info. I will be closing that credit card account for sure... Again beware of Nurabeam!!

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! They charged me for a subscription that I did not authorize. They took $399.96 out of my bank for a 1 month supply of some cream that they didn’t even send me, then refused to respond to any emails and there’s no phone number to call!! Do not buy from them!!!

After 3 emails sent no response from company . After reporting faulty arm band red light therapy. In fact fussed my electric socket. I requested either a refund or replacement.
I think this company is just selling crap goods at heavy pricing. I won't be touching them again with a 12foot barge pole. I definitely suggest none else does. Dont wastes your money on such a dreadful company!!!

Refund promised, never received

I bought a product from NuraBeam. During checkout a subscription was added without this being clearly communicated. €399 was then charged for this subscription.

After I noticed this, I contacted customer support and the subscription was cancelled on my request. The product was never delivered.

Despite multiple emails and confirmations from their support that I am entitled to a refund, the €399 has still not been returned. I have now started a chargeback with my bank.

I purchased a product that I’m still waiting on. The. I got an unauthorized charge of over $400. I tried calling the number on bank statement and that’s a fraud number. I contacted the email that was on the site and no response. It shows I have an account with ALL my information on it and there is no way to close this account to avoid additional charges. Absolute scam

Absolute scam! I ordered the waist band it arrived many weeks later no free samples and it doesn’t work. Then 2 weeks later charged me $399. Never signed up. Nothing ever delivered to justify the charge. None of the links work to find your order or your subscription. I found a phone number and they hung up on my 2x. I called my cc company. They won’t reverse charges because they can’t contact the company either. I am furious! Hoping you respond to this review and refund me my money. I intend on contacting the BBB. I hope someone shuts this company down or forces them to better business practices. Please refund $500!

Fine product, thieving company

The waistband is fine, but they are total thieves! It took a month to arrive after ordering it in February, and then they debited $565 for a "subscription" the day after it arrived. Subscription to what?! I ordered a red-light therapy band, what can you even subscribe to for a product like that? Insanity. I'm working through my bank to retrieve the money, but it's been a month since they stole it and what a joke.
