I placed my order over 2 weeks ago and was promised that it would arrive this week.This hasn’t happened and I am kicking myself for not reading these scary reviews before I ordered.I think next step is go to my bank and ask them to pursue my refund. I had no idea things came from China..I had nightmares with ordering things from China before.😖

I placed my order on December 12, 2024, and as of today, I still haven’t received it. The seller hasn’t provided any updates or tracking information, and they completely ignore my messages. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I’ve wasted time and money with this seller, and I strongly recommend avoiding them at all costs.

Do Not Order from this company.
Ordered items Dec 10th. Still haven’t received it and it’s January 14 2025. I can’t even track with the tracking number given to me. Not sure why it’s called Nova Montreal it’s coming from China. Terrible experience!!

I don't even want to give a 1 star. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The product will not be what you ordered. I ordered a waterproof winter coat and ended up with a thin sweater. They also make returns very difficult trying to give you a percentage of the item cost and not acknowledging that they actually have committed fraud with false advertising. They should be ashamed. Avoid!

Horrible company to deal with, through email only! My order was doubled , wrongly, and charged. I waited 2 months for it to arrive, wanted for xmas.
Before I ordered I had asked about refunding if needed, and was assured it would be a free return no problem. this had been so frustrating and uncalled for.

I placed an order Dec 23, 2024. It’s Jan 11 and the order still has not shipped. I’ve sent multiple emails asking for a refund and to cancel my order. This company refuses to comply. Horrible service.

I ordered two jackets. It was returned during shipping, never even left China. Company is telling me they can't refund because it went back to their supplier and I agreed to their policies when I checked out. Scam scam scam. Do not order from them.

I placed an order for three items. I received shipping confirmation of three separate packages, with tracking, then notification that each were successfully RETURNED. I received no notification from the company about my order.
Twice I requested a refund, twice I received a response that they would either re-ship or refund (not clear which) I have never received another shipping notice, nor a refund.

I filled out all the necessary forms even gave credit card info😬😬 pushed order now and it tells me I need a code so I put in a code twice and told me oops something went wrong....it did this twice and I am stuck in limbo so lost me as a customer will go somewhere else😡😡😡😡😡

Total scam. Not in Canada. There are many Nova companies such as Nova-Halifax, Nova-Melbourne, etc. all are based in China. The clothing quality is very very cheap and the sizing is absurd. I ordered a "parka" that came packaged in a small bag, no lining and very thin, a jacket really, very wide with very short arms so virtually unwearable by any normally proportioned human. Also received a sweater that looked nothing like the photo online and was also ill fitting/unwearable. Anyway, beware because in attempting to return these items you are expected to send them all the way back to China with tracking which costs $100 plus from Canada. I've reported this company to a few different government agencies and business bureaus, etc. I urge others do to the same. Also found the advertisement on facebook so be careful. They were advertising a limited time sale that is ending tonight! but it's been ending tonight for months now lol.

I ordered a Shania waterproof jacket I didn’t receive a confirmation so I emailed and was told I would get one when it was shipped so I waited almost 2 weeks with nothing so I emailed again and was told oh good news your order is on its way! But then 2 weeks later I received a email saying we’re sorry but the item you’ve ordered is currently out of stock ! However when I went to the site you could supposedly still order it, which makes no sense. I was offered a discount on a different item but I said I just want a full refund, 3 more times I was sent a email saying I could have a discount and then one saying I had been fully refunded however I have not seen the refund yet!!!

I ordered a "SHANIA™ | Waterproof Hooded Jacket" from Nova Montreal in November 2024. Although I received the item, it was not as expected. It is a zipped sweatshirt. It is neither waterproof, nor windproof as advertised. It's not even a nice sweatshirt! I contacted them, and sent them a video of the sweatshirt not being waterproof, and not being as advertised, and they said they would not refund me the whole amount as I had used it (even though they asked me to prove how it doesn't meet my "expectations". They ended up giving me a 30% refund, but they insist that it is my expectations that aren't met, and that the product is as described. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I placed an order on this site nova-montreal.com on Nov 25 and since then there have been no updates on the order - I received an email about a week ago that my order has been shipped but when I try to track it - the status still says order received. There is no phone number to contact them, just an email and I have written to them several times only to receive bullshit automated answers. I have asked to cancel my order and haven't heard anything. To top it all they have reviews on their website from trust pilot with 4.8 stars based on 2388+ reviews but when I came here I see that no one has reviewed them here yet. I'm really frustrated and feel like my money is sunk on the order that I placed.
