Missing money and no answers
Yes, it’s fast but they normally have problems in the beginning of the month with the pay out that is then blocked on the website.
This time it’s over a week now that it is not possible to pay out money. I wanted to pay out an amount, got a sms 2 days later that it was cancelled from their site because of a technical problem.
This money is now not on my bank account or on my loan account either. I didn’t get an answer per mail (they promise an answer the next day) or Message Center and they closed the customer service line what makes it impossible to reach them. Not sure what to do now. Maybe I finally get an answer here…

Good to have a credit but not sure criteria for limit. Moreover it's a one way road. Not even a back or decline option after the limit is known.
