If I could this review a zero I would. So I tried the 15 mins service and the driver asked where I was via phone call. I gave him the exact address. Informed the hotel reception staff that an order was on the way. Waited 15 mins then check with hotel staff and they said no one showed up! Then the driver confirmed noon that they couldn’t deliver! I asked customer support and they said I was unavailable! These drivers are giving UAE a bad name. Complete and utter liars! Now I have to buy the same product for more via SuperMall and the customer support tried to give me a coupon to use for the inconvenience and it didn’t work! Avoid at all costs!!!

Unfortunately, my experience with this order NAEI20040762542 has been very disappointing. Ordered from Noon.
We received the order on 21.02, and since it was a birthday gift, the sealed package was only opened on 28.02. At that moment, we discovered that the Ray-Ban Meta glasses were already damaged (broken plastic arm). As the box was sealed and unopened before, this appears to be a possible manufacturing defect.
I immediately opened a complaint on 28.02 (Complaint #28584048). However, several days have passed and I still have not received any clear resolution. Today I finally received a call from customer service, but no concrete explanation or solution was provided. I was only informed that the case is still under review.
In the meantime, the damaged product has not been collected, and no refund or replacement has been arranged. I am left with an unusable item and no clear timeline for resolution.
I hope this matter will be handled more efficiently and professionally.

I’m really disappointed with Noon. I filed a complaint about my iPhone 13 Pro Max because in less than six months, the screen suddenly went black and started having ghost touch issues. They were able to fix it the first time, but after they returned it to me, the same problem happened again after a month later.
Three weeks ago—before the warranty expired—I filed another complaint and asked if I could just return the phone and get a refund. They told me they would update me within 24 to 48 hours, but I didn’t receive any update for several days.
Then, about a week later, they sent an email saying they couldn’t reach my phone number, even though my number has been active the whole time and I didn’t receive any calls from them. Today, March 3, they finally called and told me that my phone’s warranty has already expired.
It’s very frustrating and disappointing. That’s why I’m telling others not to buy any gadgets from Noon. Their customer service is terrible, and their products are unreliable.
PS: I’m updating this post since Noon has already responded my review and I’m no longer able to reply there, so I’ll post my response on the below instead.

I ordered a product that comes from India, expected delivery time was 10 to 14 days. The same day, I received a confirmation saying the item is being prepared for shipping and will be delivered on time. 9 days later there was no update, so I called them and the customer rep said it will be received in their warehouse the next day and again confirmed it will be delivered on time. The next day I receive an email saying the order was canceled because the item failed their quality standard!
I called their customer care, and they told me the item is actually out of stock!!! Why couldn't you figure that when I placed the order?? And why lie repeatedly about the status of the order before admitting it's out of stock???!!

I have been facing repeated issues with Noon’s delivery service recently. The platform advertises delivery times of 20–30 minutes, but after confirming the order, the delivery time is immediately revised to 40–50 minutes, which is misleading and feels like false advertising.
During my recent order, I was unable to contact customer service, received no updates, and was ultimately forced to cancel the order. Despite this being due to their service failure, the no-refund policy made it impossible to get my money back promptly.
This experience was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Advance payment was collected, yet the service was not provided as promised, which raises concerns regarding customer rights and compliance with UAE consumer protection laws.
Overall, I find Noon’s delivery system unreliable, customer support inaccessible, and the service promises misleading. I hope the company takes urgent action to resolve these issues.

Horrible customer service.
We ordered food for iftar and unfortunately missed the delivery driver’s most recent call by a few minutes. When we checked immediately after, the order status had already been changed to “cancelled” and marked as undeliverable. While I understand that delivery timing can be strict, I politely requested a full refund since the order was paid for online and we never received the food.
The customer service agent repeatedly apologized but insisted they could only refund 25% of the total amount. We also requested that the food be delivered at a later time, since it had already been paid for, but this was completely refused without any proper explanation or alternative solution offered.
The lack of support and clear reasoning from the agent made the situation far more frustrating than it needed to be.

I worked for noon as a driver for 1 year in Dubai, UAE. I got a little scratch (not dent) on my vehicle because there was so less space inside the Warehouse parking. When i returned the vehicle to the team leader, he deducted 700AED from my salary for that little scratch even the car was already much damaged from different sides. Also they didn't provide any legel paper for deduction.

I am writing to formally report an unacceptable experience with your customer support.
Yesterday, I placed a food order which was unfortunately delivered to the wrong address due to an error. I immediately cancelled the order, however, no refund has been processed so far.
Today, when I called customer support around noon to follow up on this issue, the call handler behaved in a highly unprofessional manner. She was rude, did not allow me to complete my explanation, and abruptly disconnected the call before I had finished speaking. This conduct is completely unacceptable and not expected from a customer service representative.
I am extremely disappointed with both the lack of resolution regarding the refund and the discourteous behavior during the call. I request that this matter be reviewed urgently, the refund be processed at the earliest, and appropriate action be taken to ensure such behavior is not repeated.
I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

If it will be possible, I would like to close fully from the roots this scam website, honestly. I've never faced to this much scam and disgusting behaviour of customer care agents before.
To make clear, here's brief explanation.
My first order was watch from Lacoste brand. Just because exact model was out of stock on official website, I decided to buy from noon (For that time only there were available that model). I had same watch but another colour and from official website (So it's easy to compare). I received watch with big sticker "Made in China" and with handmade cheap box. Okay, the problem is not about "Made in China" its about product. They sale fake items for same price as original.
Second experience - worst nightmare!
Ordered by special order (As a gift for my sibling) Iphone 16 Pro Max desert titanium Middle East version.
Received full white and "Assembled in China" phone.
Again, it's not about "Made in china" its about how they sale fake items for original's price.
I didn't opened fully box as its gift person asked just open one side to make sure that phone is okay. I did! I barely opened one side sticker and checked and when returned was in same condition.
Before return, I called to customer care agent and explained everything, where he made sure that its absolutely correct and I have to return.
My return was rejected (Because box was opened)
How the hell Im supposed to check item if I will not open...
And you know what? This "Inspectors" who made inspection of returned item opened fully and removed all original stickers and used phone. As customer care agent said "They need to make sure by opening and checking fully"...
And after their behaviour and for my information that I will report Noon as a scammers to the Police, customer care agent says "You will not be able to proof. Go"

If I actually could give minus review I would have definitely done it.i had ordered phone online and received brand new package at around 7.30 pm.which was I would say was totally new with seal but inside product was wrong and used product. I had to return back to work before 8 as my colleague will leave at 8 and since my duty was till 10.30 after duty I try to figure it out if I actually can use it and check if it won't make any difference with the model because I actually liked the look of the phone and was really in need of new phone as my old phone was in very bad condition but the version that I ordered was international one and the one I received was either indian or Chinese version. When I Google it and found that specific version might not work in specific country so I thought better not to take risk by accepting wrong delivery and lose my money on nothing.so at around 11.30 I actually requested for return and they took the next day but now they refuses to take it back and refund saying I don't have proof that they delivered me wrong product. They keep saying that the product that I send back was not what they actually delivered. With no proof of wrong delivery they keep saying as if I switched some used phone with their delivery. I m not the only one who had same issue I went through so many review and they faced the exactly the same situation.

I genuinely wanted to support a regional platform. Unfortunately, supporting regional brands does not mean letting go of basic standards. If a platform is not up to par, it does not deserve continued support.
After repeated delivery delays, I received multiple generic responses from customer support that offered no clarity or accountability. I explicitly raised this issue in my formal complaint, clearly stating that delays were consistently met with vague, non-informative replies.
Despite highlighting this concern, the response I received was yet another generic message. While it acknowledged the delays, it provided no explanation for why they are happening, no corrective actions, no timelines, and no indication of how customer complaints are actually reviewed or acted upon.
Most concerning was the confirmation that there is no compensation policy for delivery delays. This means there are effectively no guarantees for customers when service failures occur, regardless of frequency (in my case, many times). Feedback may be “noted,” but without accountability or remedies, there is little confidence that meaningful improvement will follow.
As a long-term customer, this is particularly disappointing. Loyalty does not appear to be valued, and transparency, which is essential in today’s market, is clearly lacking.
Because of this, I will no longer be using Noon, and I would not recommend it to anyone, as the platform continues to rely on generic responses rather than meaningful customer service.

Very unfair. We pay for the parcel so it will deliver on the other day, we waited for whole day and when the delivery guy call once and not answer for less than a minute they cancel my delivery and tell tomorrow it will delivery cause the delivery guy told me that his duty is finish but its only pass 9pm and the customer service told until 10 the delivery. I think it's an alibi, they cannot delivery my parcel so they just make a drama. So disappointed to noon.
