The experience with Emilio has been truly wonderful- He hears what you need and want and walks you through each step and process, always checks in on you and updated made quickly. We truly have been impressed.

Emilio supported us with the Swim Instructor Retreat 2026 in more ways than we could have imagined. He stepped in at a critical point when our original team was unable to deliver the tools we needed, and his support made a huge difference.

Over the course of 4 months, he helped build and manage our lead generation and liability forms, and streamlined all incoming data through his systems. He also supported our email marketing and created a central webpage to house all key retreat information when our team were unable to deliver this.

Beyond that, Emilio contributed across multiple areas of the retreat. He designed our Linktree-style page and QR codes for our lanyards, and created individual landing pages for 15+ of our speakers and mentors so they could showcase their work, all within about 24 hours notice. These were all seamlessly integrated and easily accessible for attendees.

His ability to step in, problem-solve quickly, and deliver high quality solutions across so many areas was invaluable to the success of the retreat.
