Beautiful website. Nice range of products. Free shipping when you buy for a reasonable amount and free returns. My only complaint is that delivery time is quite long. Of course I am impatient when waiting for my new nice niche products :)

All in all the experience is good, but delivery times should be definitely improved.

I do like Niche beauty and have ordered from them many times. They are reliable and shipping is quick. My own gripe is that they make it difficult to return items when you check out as a guest. The process is not streamlined for this. Since i almost never return beauty items, this isn't a big deal, but recently I decided after clicking buy that I wanted a different skin tint color instead. Item was still sealed as I already decided before I received the delivery that I should get a different color. Anyhow, I found the process very difficult and annoying so I ended up just keeping the color that I didn't want and having to order a new one. So a word of warning to those who are checking out as "guest" and not logged into an account when purchasing....you might find the return process more difficult than usual.

It took them a week to ship my order after I paid for it — unbelievable. I would never have placed my order if I had known about it! Also, I never received any confirmation emails or updates about my order being delayed, etc. — n o t h i n g.
(At this point, I just hope the order actually arrives.)

Update: received my order, got a wrong product, trying to exchange it, but the customer support is not replying.

Amazing experience from start to finish.
The website is beautifully curated, easy to navigate, and offers an incredible selection of luxury beauty brands. My order arrived quickly, perfectly packaged, and everything was exactly as described.
Customer service was also professional and responsive. You can really feel the attention to detail and premium experience throughout the whole process. I will definitely order again and highly recommend Niche Beauty to anyone who loves high-end skincare and beauty products.

I used to be a very loyal customer of Niche Beauty and have been purchasing from them for several years. In terms of product assortment and quality, I have always been very satisfied and had no complaints.

However, my most recent order (GE11932498554NL) was extremely disappointing.

My issue has been ongoing for almost a month, and during this time I have been contacted by four different customer service representatives. Unfortunately, none of them have provided a clear or appropriate resolution to the problem.

An item from my order was missing , as well as an incomplete promotional box that did not contain all the advertised items (byredo blanche perfume). Despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly with customer service, I was only offered a 15% discount code, which does not address the actual issue of undelivered goods.

Repeated “under investigation” updates without a final solution have made the process unnecessarily long and frustrating.

I am very disappointed, as this is not the level of service I previously associated with this company.

My issue still unresolved, i received the 15% voucher, which I didn’t wanted and my cases just closed.

Niche Beauty has a wide variety of brands which are difficult to get elsewhere. In addition, the ordering and delivery process is fast and seamless with regular shipping updates.

I love the quality and the huge products offering. And the frequent discounts applied. Top!!

This was honestly one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had when purchasing niche perfumes.

The company chose the worst possible courier service in the destination country. For an entire week, the courier kept pretending that delivery would take place, sending emails and SMS messages, but no real delivery attempt was ever made.

After several days of this, the parcel was simply left at a pick-up point far away from the original delivery address, in a no-go area of the city. This is completely unacceptable, especially for an expensive niche perfume order.

Customer service has been equally disappointing. I contacted them and asked for assistance, but received no proper response and no meaningful support.

When customers pay a premium price for niche perfumes, they expect a premium service — or at the very least, a reliable delivery process and responsive customer care. Unfortunately, this company failed on both.

There was a small issue with my order, but their customer service team handled everything quickly, professionally, and very kindly. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process, and they were exceptionally generous in resolving the situation, which I truly appreciated.
It’s rare to come across such thoughtful customer care nowadays. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again and would happily recommend them to others!😊

I placed and paid for an order, but unfortunately never received the package.

At first, customer service responded and started an investigation. However, after several weeks, I am still without a product, refund, or clear resolution. Communication has also become very limited despite multiple emails and phone calls from my side.

I understand that shipping investigations can take time, but as a paying customer I expect more proactive communication and a clearer solution process.

I hope this matter will still be resolved properly?

I’ve been a customer for many years. They used to be very reliable and professional. Now it’s become a terrible website. I placed an order, paid for it, and for no reason at all, they canceled it a few days later. Customer service—which was completely useless—simply wrote that the system had canceled the order and that I would have to place it again if I wanted it. No explanation, no apology. Unacceptable.
Customer service was very slow to respond to my complaints. Although they admitted it was a problem with their system, they didn’t offer any real help and just kept telling me to place the order again. I’m just sorry I can’t give less than one star. Shameful.

On 14 April I ordered 2 products form their webpage, received their confirmation order, and a couple of minutes later, I received a cancellation email from their services, saying that my cancellation had been received and nothing would be charged on my credit card.
On 16 April the amount of the cancelled products was charged on my credit card. I emailed Customer service on 16 April to ask for a refund. We have emailed back and forth for over 2 weeks, and they are claiming that no order was processed by their services, and that no payment transaction is pending from their side. I have sent them both their confirmation and cancellation emails, as well as my bank receipt showing the charge as proof of my claim. No success, they keep saying they have no payments pending. In sum, they refuse to refund their charge for the products they cancelled and never arrived.
I have made a complaint through my bank for misuse of my credit card.
Be aware if you receive an automatic cancellation after your order and ask your credit card company to block any payments to them!!
The only not negative thing I can say about the whole experience is that staff at Customer service write politely.
