Nexora Fashion Group Limited was incorporated on 12-Sep-2024 as a Private company limited by shares registered in Hong Kong. It is the parent company of Nordisk Flair (see numerous 1 star reviews here) and has a new 'branch' started Dec '25 called Ridge & Walker. I am currently in a dispute for a refund after receiving an item that was the wrong color, the wrong fabric, & the wrong size. Customer service emails are coming from all 3 names.

So I purchased 2x mental health message hoodies. With 2 x 4xl tshirts free I am a size 3xl in the uk so I ordered 2 x 4xl should have fitted. I waited over 3 weeks for them to arrive. They came today 19th February. I opened package. No t-shirts. I tried them on I couldn't get my arms in 1. It was very tight. I eventually got into it (but I couldn't breathe) as I pulled it down it stopped under my ribs. Couldn't get over my belly. I contacted them and they said. The t-shirts aren't available and I should have looked at the size chart. They also gave me an address to send back to China. Which will cost me about £20 recorded delivery i initially paid £43.91 these hoodies are to support others with mental health but the hassle I'm having with them is causing my stress and anxiety to go through the roof.

was certain my
funds were lost, but ”Qualified Legal Alliance Europe“ helped me to recover all my stolen money.

Do not buy. They don't answer you. The goods never arrived and then they produce to PayPal some documents that gets them off the hook to refund your money.

Recovery took almost a month, but I did get my funds back. Worth the patience.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ITS A SCAM!!! purchased 2x pairs of cargo trousers that were of very poor material and had a strong chemical smell plus it didn’t fit. tried to contact them to get a refund but havent heard back since January. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ITS A SCAM!!!

I ordered an expensive face serum and got some cheap pesticides instead
It’s been days and they still haven’t replied to my queries about the delivery I received

I ordered a product on the 7th of February 2025. I was informed that delivery will be in a few days. It is now 20 day’s since the order was placed. I am beginning to suspect that Nexora is a scam. If not their service is non existent. I’ve asked for a re- fund, but I am not holding breath. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!

Superbad quality on the bag that I ordered. The picture of the bags is totally different from what you get.
They say its easy to return the items but its a Lie. Super expensive to return so it more expensive to return it than keep the useless bag....

When i encountered nexora i thought thats good its in Stockholm and free delivery in Sweden. And then i ordered a jacket at nexora. When i saw the delivery time i directly thought, why didnt i do some research. Its a webshop that buy's cheap from China and double the money to sell it again.

Im not satisfied with the jacket its totally not worth 699sek.
They sell it as "gielo" and you see on the picture a brand marking on the label, but when i received the jacket its exactly the same as you find on temu nothing on that label.
And sending back will not be able because i have taken it out of the package.

Dont buy here go to the cheaper asian sellers...

Ordered one cover. Got order confirmation. Then another confirmation 5 min later for a second phone cover. Called and emailed right away to tell them that they made a mistake. Their phone number doesn’t work. They got back to me that the order can’t be vhanged or cancelled. Today (two weeks later) they still have not shipped the cover. Biggest mistake to order anything from them. Avoid at all cost, liars and scammers.

Never buy if the company isn’t register in Sweden. Now nexora with all these facts reviews opens up another website like(anomimodehus.se) and so many other names ,but the company is in netherland and the orders comes from china( 14 days delivery time)
Return post to the netherland is minimum 200sek witch you as a customer has to pay!!
Ordered som orthopedic sandals garbage tin plastic. The company is scamming Swedish customers.

I was in urgent need for orthopedic shoes but didn't had a huge budget so I was glad I found a paar I liked on Nexora. I ordered without checking the reviews and immediately regretted it. I cancelled my order 10 minutes after via email but they told me they couldn't cancel it a day later because the packagewas already on the way. BUT it was only booked for transport, it took over 10 days until the package was actually left over to the carrier. In the meanwhile I tried to get them to confirm my cancellation several times via email because I wanted to send the product back. They never did confirm it as I requested (which i needed to cancel my klarna payment) and just answered me I have 14 days time to return - on their website they allow 30 days... And in the end I received some cheap pairs of sneakers that weren't special nor in any way the products they have pictured. I kept the shoes because it was too troublesome to send back and managed to sell them off privately but with a 70% loss because they just weren't worth anything.
