A very positive experience with NWS for our chemical disposal. Prompt response to our initial enquiry, reasonable quote and straight forward to arrange a collection date. The person who attended site was friendly, organised and capable. Follow up paperwork was received quickly. Very happy with service.

Firstly, this company has an all-round excellent team. Correspondence is quick, polite and professional, and they are very accommodating to the hectic nature that comes with the territory of waste disposal for schools. The disposal itself was done in an incredibly efficient manner, I cannot commend the gentleman enough for his hard work during the waste collection – our chemical store is finally free of decades of accumulated hazardous material. Relatedly, the company accepted the broadest range of materials possible, including ‘unknowns’ and explosive compounds, a service which no other company in the area was able to provide. Similarly, the quote was the most competitive and thus was the epitome of ‘value for money’, something which is of the utmost importance when handling school funding. We will certainly be doing business again with them in the future!

Excellent chemical waste collection company, always do the job swiftly and smoothly! Never had any problems. Their prices are better in comparison to other chemical waste disposal companies and you can arrange a date with them within a week. Really satisfied with the service & specially the price we received for a massive chemical waste collection(over 100 chemicals).

NWS were quick to respond to any enquiry in the lead up to collection. Once collection was agreed, Adam from NWS turned up as scheduled, he confidently and pleasantly managed the transfer of the listed chemicals to his van where he conducted the necessary sorting prior to departure. He happily coped with the requirements of working in a school environment.

Fantastic service!! From the initial quote to communication leading up to the collection the customer service was brilliant. I had a few questions which they were able to answer very quickly. They made the whole process so straightforward. At the collection the chemist was very knowledgeable and friendly and we had a good chat while he sorted through the waste.
