Great service
Fantastic service from searching for a car to taking delivery of my new car.
Everything was taken care of. All I had to do was give a date that I’d like to take delivery of my new car, this was delivered on a small car transporter.
I would defiantly go back and do it again for my next car.
A well deserved 5 stars and a thumbs up from me.

As a leasing company from first to the last contact most helpful but as a third party once you get the car not so, and then you’re in the hands of the car owner whom you only contact when the car is delivered and that company could be the pits but as it happens the company I got was okay.

great offer on BMW218i at an amazing price which I couldn't get anywhere else after months of looking. happy with the prompt service and providing answers to questions prior to buying. Took the 10 weeks they advertised from booking the car to delivery which was prompt to the door. Recommended and I would use them again.

I actually got an excellent deal using this company, but I have reduced the marking (which would have been 5) due to a quite lengthy delay between first ordering the car and actuallygetting my hands on it.

We do advise that delivery takes 3-4 weeks. However, we're in the hands of the delivery agents, dealerships, and funders. So there can sometimes be small delays that are out of our control.

However, the delivery time was down to the funder, LEX Autolease. The £2,500 was the initial rental plus a few months of backed up payments. This was due to a combination of a funder error and that you never returned your delivery paperwork. If this had been returned in good time the payments would not have been backed up.
We did send you a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused.
We hope this clears things up.
