The Roman shade I received is phenomenal. I needed one for a large window and the custom shade they sent me was a perfect fit. The quality of the fabric is very high quality too. Their customer service was amazing and they were so easy to communicate with. I know where I’ll be getting my curtains and shades from now on!

I was hesitant to order curtains without help measuring. I contacted Neutral Curtains via the Chat option and corresponded by email. It would have been easier for me to just to call someone but that option isnt offered at Neutral Curtains. Ultimately, I felt reassured about my needed curtain dimensions and placed the order. My curtains came quickly, were of nice quality, and were packaged nicely!
It would be great if Neutral Curtains offered curtain rods to order but they must be purchased elsewhere

The initial color of shade received was significantly different from the swatch I received but after contacting the company I was sent me a new shade of the correct color free of charge. I am pleased with the shade.

Some things happened with my orders that happened due to internet connection issues (would be my only complaint) but the customer service I received was top notch!

Ordered some Roman shades for my house, the material and color are both great, but I was a a little unsatisfied with my decision to make the shades wider than the window itself. I reached out to customer service, and they provided me with almost a 100% refund, minus shipping which is understandable, so I could reorder and get what I needed. Great customer service, really hard to find nowadays.

I was not happy with the communication with this company. the items arrived much later than advertised and I had to repeatedly search for tracking information.

The quality is ‘fine’ but not great. Seams are crooked and the shades don’t fold evenly when you raise/lower them. Will probably not order from here again.

We bought the lined shades. We also bought top down bottom up shades. We love them. They are nice quality.

Terrific options and the quality is great. I love the motor feature. This was 75% less than the cost of an estimate I received from an installer.

We had a minor issue with the spacing of the holes on the mounting board. We found it easier to just drill new holes but the company seems responsive and likely would have made it right.

Excellent product!! I have ordered the Belgium Flax Linen curtains 3 times now. They are lightweight and easy to install (both with hardware or without). They are light filtering but offer privacy. Highly recommend! All my orders came sized perfectly and I could not be happier with my Neutral Curtains purchases!
