Disappointingly poor company with extremely poor customer service.
I am so disappointed with this company. I order a merchant chest of drawers in January which failed to arrive. The next promised dates have all passed still no delivery so I cancelled my order. 9 days later I am stroll trying to get my money back. This is a terrible company with extremely poor customer service.

Ordered a large vase back in January. I was told it was going to be delayed, then the new delivery date passed. When I looked at the order status, it showed as cancelled, which I did not request. When I queried this, I received a poor one-line response with no explanation as to why. Stupidly, I reordered. I am still waiting for the item to be delivered, which has again passed the expected delivery date! I messaged customer service, but have received no response after two days. Just avoid using this company.

Extremely Disappointing Experience from this company…
I purchased furniture from this company over a month ago, and I still haven’t received my order. There are no tracking details, no clear updates, and their customer service is terrible, they take days to respond, give vague answers, and completely ignore phone calls. To make matters worse, their website does not allow refund requests, making the process incredibly frustrating.
After looking at other reviews, I realised I’m not alone, many customers have faced the same issues. This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and untruthful. I have now demanded a full refund and will escalate the matter if they fail to resolve it. Avoid this company at all costs!
Awful company, rip off
Bought two 5 tier shelving units. I expected some level of quality for the amount I paid but this is just awful. Firstly it came in 2 separate deliveries, days after quoted time and days apart. That was confusing! Then tried to put it together but the shelves have no holes and you need a drill. The unit doesn't stand up at all just wobbles and the support strips do absolutely nothing. Have emailed them twice and heard nothing back despite the automatic reply saying they respond within 6 -12 hours next working day. I am now seeking a full refund!! Should have check reviews first.

We ordered a child's drawing easel (AIYAPLAY Three-In-One Kids Easel) After paying for this item we were told it was not available any more in the colour selected so would have to upgrade for another £10. We paid this extra reluctantly. When the easel arrived it had no instructions included in the parcel -which made putting the easel together on Christmas Day and absolute nightmare. There were so many random pieces it was a massive jigsaw. When we emailed to complain we were told we should have sent it back (on Christmas Day!) Nestium were poor communicators and were not helpful at all. They blamed the manufacturer and said they were waiting for them to offer some compensation. This never came despite multiple emails and lots of empty promises. I would not use Nestium again. Poor service and lots of lies.

This was my concern. The communication of this company is bad, however the item turn up today. So I have reviewed my stat rating. Just more communication would have help you get a better rating.
Let us down badly. Order cancelled so always make sure they actually have the stock before you pay out to avoid dissapointment.
Ordered a Summerhouse Xmas 2024/5 and a week later we had an email to say they had no stock. Surely modern systems would allow for stock vs sales rather than let the customer down. No offer of a replacement no contact other than to let us down. Avoid.

Sent the wrong colour lampshade when I bought a matching cushion and shade. No apology and still said I had to pay a delivery surcharge. First and only time I used this company.

Placed an order for a floor lamp on 12/11/2024 and still have not received it by 5/12/24. Tried to contact Nestium on their website a few days ago but there was no response. I then emailed back responding to the original email with the order, a response was received that they will email me back tomorrow. They never did, I had to send another email to ask for a refund as I just got fed up. The refund was then issued. I will never buy from them again.

The shed arrived with a dented door!!
The shed arrived with a dented door, but the customer service was excellent—they promptly sent a replacement. In my opinion, assembly definitely requires two people. It’s not the easiest to put together, but if you follow the instructions, stay patient, and refer to the helpful guide on YouTube, it’s worth the effort in the end.
