Lesson Learned

I am absolutely thrilled with the excellent service I received today from the service professionals that helped me. My computer and printer issues were completely resolved in a timely and extremely professional manner. I can't thank them enough for their patience and understanding in helping me with these matters!!! Sincerely, Brenda Vecchiola.........UPDATE: Since writing this review, I have come to learn that the service representatives that spoke with me today were in fact scammers. The issues on both my computer and printer have not been fixed at all. I spent almost two hours of my time being guided through a lengthy process that I was assured would solve my issues. At one point during the process, I was advised that if I wanted to continue with the advance repairs and technical support needed to completely resolve my issues, there would be a charge of $199.00 USD. I declined due to financial reasons and was offered a lesser charge of $149.00 USD. I declined again for the same reasons. I was then told that because of my circumstances I would receive all repairs for just writing a good review. I thankfully agreed and was asked to submit a 5 star review immediately. The change to a 1 star review is only because there is no option to leave all stars blank. I am sadly disappointed but wiser for my experience.

My first experience with your company.

I called the HP number on the box for my new printer. I could not connect printer to the internet. I was NOT told I was being transferred to a Teck service company. There should have been NO charge to me for finishing the printer connection. Not Good. Your tech's are so talented. I had to call back today, and Jennifer Brown was an excellent technician and was able to complete the install and also fix other issues. I had no communication issues with her. I paid for the "Unlimited Support" and hope your company will always be there when I need help. I an a elderly retired US Army Sgt. and not very good with computers, and will need your help often. I wish you had a Military Discount for us Veterans. This service subscription is expensive. I may have cell phone issues you can help me with also. Thank You
