No Refunds.

I ordered a neon back in April 2021 and over a year later have still not been issued a refund for a faulty product despite many emails with their customer service representatives. Absolutely disgusting.

This company is nothing short of a…

This company is nothing short of a disgrace. How they are getting away robbing people of there money. I ordered a sign last august @ £300 & still waiting. No communication from the company and explanation or an apology. I got one reply back on my Instagram page. They are very active on Instagram either here lovely signs but obviously not dispatching them. £300 down the drain. I would advise people not to purchase of this site because you won’t get your order or your money back.

I ordered a sign on 4th January and still do not have it! Alot of reviews on here have the same story, ordered in Jan/Feb 2022 and no contact with neons and the order missing!. If Neons are a reputable company then they would get in touch with the numerous customers who have written reviews and either send their orders or offer a refund!! you cant pick and choose who you are a good supplier too!

disgraceful customer service and they owe me a refund!

I deleted my initial, very positive, review when I first received my sign which was in December 2020. So far so good until it broke and it had to be returned to be fixed.

Firstly, it took 7 MONTHS for my sign to be collected and returned due to extremely poor communication from their team i.e. they ignore messages, dms, WhatsApp texts and emails from hey at neons.co.uk and help at neons.co.uk.

Secondly, they sent me the wrong (or fake) address to return my sign being 21 Princip Street Birmingham. UPS was unable to deliver on multiple occasions so I had to arrange for my sign to be collected by them from a petrol station.

Lastly, I was told my sign would take 5-10 days to be fixed and returned to myself. It's now been nearly 5 months and I have only had one message replied to saying they are short staffed and that someone would get back to me among multiple other messages I have sent that have been blatantly ignored which I think is deeply unprofessional.

This morning reported the company to trading standards and to my bank.

Please DO NOT spend your hard earned money with this company!!

UPDATE: I ‘enquired’ on a separate account after they blocked me on my main Instagram account (@julesbromley if anyone wants proof) - and they replied in 3 minutes. What do you have to say about that @neon?

RUN!!! DON’T ORDER FROM NEONS.CO.UK!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!’

This was the WORST desicion I have ever made!!!! I should have NEVER ordered my sign from Neons.co.uk. They have sent me my neon sign in a faulty condition. There were scratches all over the sign it had no remote and no screws to put them up on the wall. It was RIDICULOUS!!!! That neon sign was supposed to be my backdrop for my wedding. First of all it arrived 4 weeks to late and then it was faulty. After that I was promised a new sign. For 6 months I tried to contact them via WhatsApp and Dm but never got a response. All I wanted now is to get a compensation but they never respond. They only respond if you want to buy something from them. Now they have sent me my new sign after months of not responding. And to receive the Item I HAVE TO PAY 90€ DUTY?!!?!?? What is this nonsense!!!! I have to pay 90€ more on top of those 600€ to receive the proper sign. Neons are so rude to their costumers and NEVER respond. DO NOT GET YOUR SIGN FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

Company in severe debt!

I have also been scammed out of a lot of money by this company. Same story, strung along until it was too late for me to get my money back. Being ignored left, right and center. Digging around for a company address I can see that the limited company that own Neons is in over £300,000,00 worth of debt, probably why they are robbing their customers blind. For anyone that has been sold a lie by Neons please google Snuggg Furniture Limited (the company that took my money via paypal).

* Edit * surprise surprise, Neons want the information about their debt taken off my review. Accounts are public and accessible by everyone on companies house, hence why this is not sensitive information. A quick Google search and anyone can find this. The reason they want it removed is because they don’t want future customers to be able to find this. I’m sorry Neons, but enough is enough, you can not keep stealing peoples money!!!!!!

Shocking

Shocking! Just shocking! Ordered a sign 4 January for our wedding. Received messages end of feb saying that it had failed quality control so was delayed an additional 2 weeks but that a dimmer switch would be provided to apologise. Another month goes by, no update. Tried to get in touch by phone, email, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. Several weeks later finally get hold of new social media person who seemed lovely. Offered full refund and discount. Was told refund would take 24 hours. A week later and many messages later still no refund or even response. We’ve given so many chances to rectify the situation and failed at every turn. Reported to PayPal and trading standards.

I ordered a sign from Neons.co.uk, they were super helpful encouraging me to order. Offering a free extra mini neon sign along with my order. I waited the 5 weeks they said it would take then nothing. I chased them via email, WhatsApp and resorted to posting a comment on an Instagram post which was then removed and they blocked me. Luckily I had used PayPal to pay so the process of claiming my money back was easy. Do not use this company. Total scam.

Absolutely appalling company

Absolutely appalling company. Ordered a sign May 2021, and i am still yet to recieve the sign in April 2022. After using covid as an excuse they no longer respond to any emails. This company needs shutting down there are so many poor reviews. Think its quite convient that they don't have an address aswell.

A little update .......

A little update, upon receiving my court notice, miraculously they pulled a sign out of no where and shipped it to me within 10 days. However, the light is faulty. I ordered a light that was white purple and it has pink bleeding throughout the sign. It is also very poorly made with shoddy cheap transformers. I emailed them at every single email address I have for them to let them know and not one of them replied to me. I have now filed for a CCJ. This has been so draining as a customer, please please avoid.

STAY WELL AWAY!

I had a nightmare with this company when I ordered my neon signs. I ordered 3 signs, all which were over 2 months late which cost me so much money letting my customers down. They then said I could have a full refund, this took me 3 months to get this and many emails and calls. They then gave me another 3 signs to try and makeup for the £1500 I lost from my business and once again these were 2 months late.

Since then all 6 of my signs have fallen apart. All of the rubber has come out of its slot and I’ve had to pay a fortune for another company to fix them.

There are so many other neon sign company’s out there who I have since used and are absolutely brilliant!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Do not trust this company

I found this company on Instagram and thought that investing in a neon light for my shop would be a good idea.
The person on Instagram was super friendly, very casual in their approach but I just thought it was quite a cool marketing strategy.
They showed me some awesome designs, gave me different quotes and they even managed to bagsie a 30% discount from their manager for me (🙄)

They pushed for a bank transfer, 5% discount, which I nearly went for but decided to look up the company first. I came here, saw a lot of bad reviews mixed in with some good ones and went back to the company to express my concern. I got a whole spiel about how they weren’t true, how someone had targeted their small business (as a small business owner I understand how devastating false reviews can be) and that if I felt safer I could pay via PayPal
I fell for it.
I was told the production time was 4 weeks, with a further 2-3 days for shipping.
After four weeks I got in touch, I hadn’t had any contact from them. Still very pleasant, told me that the production was almost done, and the shipping process (now 10-14 days) was starting. Apparently they have to build me a custom box.

I waited another 18 days. Nothing.

Tried contacting them on the original Instagram chat, ignored. Facebook, ignored. Email, ignored. Phone, not even an active phone number.

I then decided to message them via a different Instagram account just to see if they were still active. I got a reply in a matter of minutes. Until I then started questioning them about my order. Now I’m being ignored again.
There’s no way of contacting this company. It is an utter scam.

As a small business struggling to get by, having been through the pandemic and now the rise in costs and the results from that, I’m gutted that someone feels such little remorse over stealing peoples hard earned money. I just wanted something to improve my business and had saved up money to treat myself/the shop.

*edit to respond to neons reply: I have already emailed you, I have also spoken to your social media team so you are fully aware that I am a legit customer.
You are gas lighting people, after ripping them off. Stop pretending that the bad reviews are false.

Please do not fall for this companies lies like I did

Forget the negative reviews.

I ordered a sign from this company before reading the reviews. I felt sick to my stomach that I had been conned and got in touch with the company straight away to ask for my money back.
I was assured that the reviews were completely blown out of proportion and that I should trust this company. I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
They were fantastic. They communicated with me from start to finish with regular updates and photos of my sign in all different stages of production.
The sign arrived and is gorgeous! It’s bright and very well made.
This just goes to show that negative reviews can damage a company and ruin there livelyhood. This company we’re faultless. Great product. Great customer service. Credit where it’s due.

Shocking service

Please don't make customers like myself to be deceiving. When we placed the order for two signs we agreed on a 50% payment upon delivery. The first sign was recieved and paid for straight away. Instead of messaging on here to nofity me about a payment and making me look like the fraudulent customer, where is the company's response to the countless what's app messages to the team and Anna herself? Sorry your service has been shocking and to add insult to injury you message on here to say there's an outstanding balance! After what over 2months?? Unbelievable!

Scam

This website designed my neon sign and then enticed me to pay via bank transfer with a further discount. They strung me along for weeks, even sending fake tracking numbers and finally shut down all communication methods with me. They have stolen £500 from me! There office on the invoice is 63-66 Hatton Garden in London and nobody there has heard of the company plus their shop in Spitalfields doesn't exist. Avoid at all cost

Why are you spreading lies about the company?

Your order was dispatched on FEBRUARY 26th 2022, with the UPS tracking number 1Z14711XD393182435. UPS failed to deliver, so neons.co.uk opened an investigation with UPS to resolve this.

You can clearly see, when clicking on the tracking number, that there is an investigation open with your tracking number, while we wait for UPS to locate the parcel and re-send this to you.

It is so sad that you feel calling the company names is the way to resolve an issue that is currently being handled.

Furthermore, we have no control within the UPS network, to blame an independent company for an issue they are actively trying to resolve is very sad to see.

We hope you re-consider your review to reflect the facts on your order.

I brought a neon light from you February 2021.The light was faulty you collected in November 2021 to get it repaired as it was still under it’s guaranteed,you still have my light.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods that you supply must be fit for purpose.
As there was a problem with the goods I request a full refund please respond within 14 days.
I have contacted you this way as you never respond to emails/ WhatsApp/ DM. You don’t supply contact numbers!!!
