neon estates is a disgusting and absolutely unprofessional company. Callum took a 249 pound holding deposit from me without telling me it was non refundable he then went on to ignore me for 5 days. I called the office a number of times and was told I would receive a call back which I didn't. I finally got through to Callum at neon estates only to tell me I didn't get the property and he will be keeping my deposit. I paid 249 to this company for them to do absolutely nothing they took money and ignored my calls then told me it's non refundable. I will be taking this to the property ombudsman and leaving reviews everywhere to let people know no to use this FRAUDULENT company
