The team were very helpful and patient with my order. I thought I had ordered the wrong part, but the team told me I had the right part but needed to order clips separately. Overall really good experience and was extremely grateful for their expert knowledge and assistance.

Lg magic remote
When i ordered the part i was not 100 percent sure with the model number. But the person i dealt with double checked at the time of pickup and then mentioned that if it doesn't work you can bring this back ( understand in the same state).
Remote is working fine but was good that it was asked at the time of pick up.I felt the person i dealt with was helpful and even though was closing time she attended to me very well and asked all the necessary details.

Nice and Easy
Ordering a new coffee carafe was really easy on the Need A Part website. It arrived earlier than expected and was extremely well packaged, which I was a little concerned about as the carafe was glass. But it was all good and arrived safely in one piece. I will certainly use them as my first port of call for parts in the future. Highly recommended.
