Lousy customer service
One of the products I ordered must have been out of stock but I was never informed. I would have canceled my order if I had known. The only reason I ordered samples is because of the other product & with the $15 discount it was reasonable, but then when they refunded the other product they deducted the $15 so I didn't get refunded the full amount. I also checked and the product was in stock when I ordered it and it's in stock now so I just feel like I got ripped off for no reason. I sent an email asking how to return the products I have because it's not worth the money I paid and they never answered my email.
