This company is the worst I have ever…

This company is the worst I have ever done online business with.

First, placed the order in November, with ETA 16th Dec. It came one month late in January.

Secondly, the shirt was defective (collar not symmetrical, impossible to wear).

Thirdly, I sent them pictures as a proof of the defect. They asked more. i provided more pics.

Then, I again could not believe my eyes. They accepted that there is a defect, but still wanted me to send the shirt for quality assesment! It has been over two months from the order and I should send the shirt, wait 1 month for deliveries...

Wont happedn, rather burn the damn shirt.

Never again..no Christmas present for son

Still waiting for sons Christmas & it is now end of January. Probably won't fit him by the time gets here. Tracking says should've been here by now. Clothes arnt cheap either. No way to contact them except live chat & then noone a available to chat. Wish I read reviews first. Never again. Don't order from them

Order never arrived and no correspondence from NBA store

If I could give no stars I would.

Extremely dissatisfied with this 'service'.

I ordered 4 x products and spent a small fortune. Placed order mid November as website said it would arrive well in time for Christmas. Got tracking to say whole order would arrive, ONE of four items was in package and not very good quality and the other 3 items never arrived.

After NUMEROUS attempts to contact NBA store via many platforms, there was no reply or any communication received from them. It is now late January and my other 3 items have still not arrived, no tracking received and no response from NBA store.

Paypal lodged a claim and I will be receiving a refund,.but what stressful experience and waste of time, not to mention, my 10 year old son never received his Christmas present.

Completely unacceptable and would strongly discourage anyone from buying from this store. I only wish I had read the reviews myself before purchasing.

Ordered a jersey as Xmas present for my son but did not arrive. I should have checked the reviews first before ordering. No refund no product. Still waiting for the reply to my emails. I purchased it November 2022.

Don't believe their delivery date online

I believe every time I check to see where my package is at, it keeps delaying the delivery date. I even have one item that is still in processing. How can it stay in processing for 5 days? The site told me this morning that I was supposed to receive 2 packages today by 7pm. Now they say next week for one package and 2 weeks from now for the 2nd package. These were birthday gifts that will not arrive on time now. I will not ever order from NBA online store again.

Great service!

Great service. I had no issue what so ever. I was a bit worried at first, as I purchased the product and then checked the reviews, my bad. But all in all it took a little longer than 2 weeks for a personalised product. Good quality, it's all original. Thanks

Rubbish

Have you ever wondered why it's the only online store without a customer review section? It's pretty obvious. They are just scammers. Ordered a men's jacket, in the pictures it was a dark black colour and arrived a bright grey. No explanation, no apology nothing. Besides, if you order from the UK for example, the carrier service they use is the cheapest you can find, called Evri (known for losing parcels on purpose and reselling them, there many videos about it) and also the same happened with me. Avoid.

Still awaiting refund, loosing hope to a slow and ridiculous refund process.

Yeah so I feel dumb not having checked here prior to purchase.

I also had my order split into two separate shipments but only first was sent and there email suggested that if i didnt wish to wait I could cancel but upon writing support, i had to wait about five days to be told that no they couldn't cancel second shipment despite their info stating that they had no Eta for the second shipment.
Waited weeks and decided i would just let it be returned to then get info that refund would take additional 48 days even though they could see in the system that receiver never picked up parcel at the pick up spot.

Now it's been about 60 days and no refund nor a reply to my reminder that i should have had refund a week back.

I sure hope that they will honour refund but lack of response from their customer service worries me.

NBA Store Purchase

Hi, just wanted to advertise my experience about a NBA birthday gift for my son. First of the gift/delivery came way past tthe birrthday, so I had trouble with my sons happpiness on his birthday. Furthermore upon ordering there was trouble with the delivery, even when the two items I ordered was obviously from the same store, the delivery was set to be in seperate parcels, which in itself also is quite awful, but now still after a month or so I have not recieved a refund eventhough they could not deliver the second part of the order.

Update issue resolved

Update:
My initial review although far from positive was an accurate report of my experience. This is an update.

An ordered item was not received. The issue was FedEx & not NBA. But as NBA chose FedEx as their agent it was ultimately their issue. After a number of frustrating & unproductive experience with NBA online I finally found a phone number and spoke with customer service in The U.S.
The issue was satisfactorily resolved in a professional manner.

Terrible experience DO NOT USE

Terrible experience.

Claimed the package was delivered despite nothing arriving. Messaged them 3 times across a week, being told to wait 24-48 hours for a response each time. Now it has been over 2 weeks and 0 correspondence has been received on their part throughout the entirety of this issue.

Terrible Terrible Experience.

In reference to nbastore.ca please do not order from them. This has been one of the worst online retail experiences. The first sweater came used. The second was a toronto raptors sweater with a chicago bulls logo (I kid you not). They refused to replace it (as per their policy). Provided a prepaid shipping logo but then ended up charging us for shipping back the sweater. Also didn't refund back the gift card used. We're out over $70 with nothing to show for it. They offered us a 10% discount though which I can promise you will never be used. Terrible terrible service and terrible quality. Stick with the branded stuff and steer clear.

I gave them three months to get this right and this is where we are currently.

Tyler has been excellent!

Tyler has been excellent!! I had an issue with a product that I thought would require a difficult process but Tyler has been on top of everything. Answering all my questions and in a very timely matter addressing all my concerns. He’s made this process so much easier and pleasant than I expected it to be.

What a joke

Terrible and nearly impossible to get an order through. I have an expiring gift card I've been unable to use since January. They will not let you place any backorders yet they NEVER have any stock. All their customer service told me was to call some number that didn't help one bit either. Their website is a joke and customer service is their punchline.
