Navi Auto Transport 

The transport driver, Baha Iskandarov, demonstrated great care in handling our vehicle. While the Navi website did not update the expected delivery date, he kept us posted on his progress by text messages along the way. We highly recommend Navi for vehicle transportation!

The WORST experience with a business I’ve ever had in my life. Many delays, telling us they had to increase the price in order to get our car shipped, and horrendous communication. NEVER do business with this company.

I really wanted to like this company. They were responsive and gave me a great quote. Unfortunately, after already agreeing to the price of the first quote, they raised the price of my shipment by $300. By this time in the process it was too late for me to go cancel my order and chose another provider.

On top of this, every little common, modern, amenity to be expected with shipment was an expensive additional cost on top of the shipping price that they raised on me. Text updates were not included, no live tracking, the included email updates only updated you for when your vehicle was picked up and when it was delivered.

Additionally, my vehicle was delivered almost an entire week past the quoted delivery date. Apparently, the delivery truck broke down a few time which would be completely understandable and I wouldn’t have been upset had there been any form of communication from Navi. Instead, they left me in the dark the entire time. On the positive side, the support team was fairly responsive and helpful.

I wouldn’t not ship my vehicle with this company again nor would I recommend them. Due to their deceptive pricing, I will actually be explicitly recommending people not to chose this company while looking for a vehicle shipping provider.

Carrier was terrible

The driver kept in contact with me directly via my cell. Notified me he was running ahead of schedule and arrived on time. Driver was professional in all respects.

Like, they got the job done, it’s hard out there. The online portion was fine, drive was cool as a fart in the shower. Everything went well. 7.5 stars easy out of 5. Good people, hard working.

Navi did a great job. Vehicle got here in good shape. Driver was friendly and unloaded fine. Beware of scam artist in the transport business but Navi is a good company.

Was quoted a price. Confirmed by phone that this was firm. When time came to ship, cost bumped up $200. Was told that was because of current economic conditions. Went online and had it re-quoted. Old price! They won't honor.

Their founder has a statement something to the effect that " they are correcting all the wrongs of the car transport business" I don't think so!

Ha! The worst transport company I’ve used and I ship 2x a year. Navi was problems from day one!! Can’t wait to leave a review!! Here’s a rundown
1) Calls says pick up is tomorrow 2.
Doesn’t show ..I call them truck broke down (ha) comes two days later.
2) Wants to charge extra weight after paid for an extra $100 for that. I removed my two rows of seating which is at least 400lbs!
3) Arrived with the guys pick up truck and like a U-Haul trailer no transport
(See below) Says not sure he can take it because it’s too low!! (Lol). See pic below.
4) Ends up taking it fine.
5) makes it to CA a week later guys calls me in afternoon days delivery around 8:30.pm fine. Calls back around 6pm says more like 9:30-10. Calls back around 9:30 says later probably 10:30pm. I said any later deliver in A. M.
Texts right back okay 6:00am! I said fine. Shows up at 7:30am.
6) Demands I pay him an extra $150 cash for stuff in car. By then I just wanted my car so I paid.
7) Oh he did send this text the night before ….I warn you, you will pay me for the cargo that is inside your car.

The price they quoted did go up but only by like $100 from like 1300-1400 so not complaining. In comparison, Id get 1300 quotes from other brokers and it would go up by a thousand so definitely a lot better than what it could have been.

Literally the day after I got the quote, they had someone ready to go and my car got picked up literally 2 days later. All the other companies quoted me a week delivery, they were here in 3 days (from NOVA to SoCal) and they kept me updated with everything. Definitely a reputable company and I would book with them.

Driver arrived at 11:40pm all. were asleep my assistant who had waited all day had leff. The next morning I was billed an additional $240. I would like that fee refunded. THINK I SHOULD BE REFUNDED THE $24O

To be clear i NEVER leave reviews. I felt this time i needed to. I have transported many cars over the years and this time from AZ to TN i used Navi Auto Transport. I was excepting the usual late to pick, delayed dropping off etc. I know they are a broker so milage may very depending on who gets booked but this transport for me was perfect. Right ontime and delivered within the window. A+

I would give them a negative 5 stars if I could. Their customer service is horrible, no one speaks good English and I was hung up on multiple times. I had left my keys under the mat and they could not find them, they have disappeared somehow. They ended up not being able to transport the car and there was ZERO communication. They blamed me and didn't want to refund or assign a new carrier. I am now on my 11th, yes, that's correct, 11th call to them today and have gotten nowhere. RUN, DONT WALK from this company. They are terrible

Car picked up and made it to destination fine. Driver really nice and made experience great. I paid for tracking but it never happened. I was able to get cell number of driver and talk directly with him.

Navi quotes low prices but then they call you asking for hundreds of dollars more. When asked what happened to my quote, they said it was only an "estimate". But the only words used are "quote" on their site and in the confirmation emails. So this site is somewhere between misleading and a full blown scam. It's been over a month and my item's not shipped.

The company found an excellent driver who provided fantastic customer service!! very honest and dependable

They send out bids for someone to transport which is fine but when they say your pickup is on a certain day and time that may not be the case. So you wait around. You better start sourcing well before you really need the car picked up. Also DO NOT PURCHASE THE LIVE TRACKING ON THE VEHICLE. It's a scam. Not every carrier has that capability and they won't refund you for it if the carrier doesn't have it. Also, they advertise no surprise pricing. My price was $300 more than what was quoted.

I have been waiting 10 days for my vehicle to be shipped from MA to CO. And they use the “bait and switch” with pricing. I periodically get calls from an AI bot “Jake” who offers to ship the vehicle for hundreds of dollars more than the contracted price. When I decline, the bot says that if I don’t accept this price, I may be waiting a while.
I have used SGT Transport numerous times in the past, and they have never failed. Fortune Magazine ranked Navi highly, along with several others. That’s why I chose to try Navi. Never again.

1) I was quoted an estimate of around $650, but when a carrier was assigned, the price shot up to around $1100. I felt like this was a bait and switch. I had no choice but to pay it. Since I needed to get that vehicle moved as soon as possible. They really need to give quotes that more closely match the actual price.
2) Despite making it clear that the business my vehicle was being delivered to was only open until 6pm, the carrier dropped it off at 10pm. To the carrier's credit, the vehicle was dropped off in good condition, which is the reason I gave them 2 stars.

Navis driver gave me a pick up date and delivery date and was on time with both. He also gave me updates as he got near.
