Save your money and stay away. Waited forever for my order to show up and when it finally did, nothing matched what was on the website. They steal photos and descriptions from real brands and send you cheap knockoffs that you can't even wear. The sizes are way off, the material feels nothing like what's advertised, and everything is made in China. They know most people won't bother returning it because shipping it back costs almost as much as the order itself. That's their whole game. And I'm not the only one having issues with delivery either. We're talking weeks and weeks of waiting with zero tracking information and stuff just never showing up. They're happy to take your money and that's about where their service ends. Don't fall for it like I did.

If I could give these people a NO star, I would. I made a mistake of ordering a cute dress I saw though FB without checking out the company first, my fault I guess. I ordered it over a month and a half ago. They have no email, no contact information, no communication whatsoever, no tracking…. At this point I’m just going to assume out 60+ bucks, lesson learned.

Nature Queen sent me expired or almost expired shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The lotion expired in November, 2022! The shampoo and conditioner expire on October, 2025. This is unacceptable. As a repeat customer, I paid full price for the shampoo and conditioner with a 10% discount and I feel cheated. Despite numerous attempts to reach the company via customer support and voice mail messages, no one got back to me. I sincerely hope that they can justify selling expired products and why I should accept them. Otherwise, they need to give me a full refund and I’ll send them back these expired products. Terrible customer service plus selling expired products equals zero stars.

DO NOT BUY!
The order took a long time to be delivered.
The pictures and descriptions do not match the received products.
They rip off legitimate manufacturers photos and descriptions and deliver clothes that are cheap and unwearable. The sizing is all wrong. The material is all wrong.
They are all made in China. They are counting on you not returning them because of the expense to return them. They gladly take your money and laugh at our gullibility.
