It is very easy to use. The pricing is great and even on things that are diy they give you step by step instructions. Only thing I wish is there was a 1 time set up fee option. So that everything was set up for you.
I've been very pleased with using NannyKeeper to manage payroll for an in-home caregiver. The support team was very responsive to my initial questions before signing up, and has continued to be very responsive and helpful as questions come up while using the service. They even fixed a calculation issue within hours of bringing it to their attention.
Managing payroll has been straightforward once I got used to the process. It handles things like mileage and reimbursements as well, so meets all my needs for paying my caregiver.
I'm still getting used to the tax part and haven't finished my first tax cycle yet, but so far the tax features seem to be helpful. The hardest part has been setting up the tax accounts in my state, but that is outside of the NannyKeeper service. Some of the more expensive services may manage this part more smoothly from within the service, but for the price of the service compared to those more "deluxe" options, it's hard to complain.
Overall, I would highly recommend NannyKeeper to anyone who needs to pay a household employee and wants a service to help keep track of hours, payments, and taxes.
After running payroll in Nannykeeper, I am able to export the data to a csv file which I manipulate into an iif file and import into Quickbooks 2015. I am able to print the check with deductions from Quickbooks. So far so good!
Super helpful and flexible with payment options for payroll, fairly user-friendly too! And trustworthy! I switched Nannies recently, and the process to terminate one in the system, and add another was pretty easy. It's really nice to have all the taxes figured out for me painlessly.
