The domain renewal process was very easy. What took it down from a 5 star experience is that I saw that you gave me an option to renew for 10 years. I selected that option and just got a generic "Fai... See more

Been using Name.com as my domain registrar since this tech company opened. I use them partly because they are based in Denver, my hometown, and mostly because their services are excellent.

The fact that they're up to date with all of the new languages, you can import from github, vercel, and supabase is great!

Pathetic, I reported on April 30, and got a sorry reply.
Now after reading experiences of many people here, I find there is monopoly, restrictive trade practices, and degrading service, no one can question !
can anyone suggest how to shift or migrate to anyone else offering such service!
Besides, there is no constant price here, last 15 years there is always increase in price, but totally decrease in service quality!
Is it possible to migrate by retaining same domain id?
I am not tech savvy, please guide me!

Have renewed my domains many times over the years with your service without issues. This time I tried using 2 different credit cards, using 3 different browsers, on two different days - - nothing worked.
I even got an email message from name.com "It's on us !", which turned out bogus.
Finally I got it to renew.
What a PAIN.

I've used this company's technical support only a few times, and the times I have, it's left me with no desire to contact them again and wanting to leave because no one focuses on solving problems. For them, the problem is always the user's, and their platform is "perfect." I'm a long-time user, and I'm working on migrating my domains as they expire because I'm not going to stay with a company that doesn't care about its users. That's what they've shown me. The pricing is also very unstable; they're always changing domain costs as if they were the ones investing in a web domain or reviving a domain name when it gains value. It's a foolish and abusive policy to increase domain prices whenever they want. Every year, you pay more for a domain, while other companies offer a fixed price. That bothers me because they don't offer any added value. If they did, I'd gladly pay for it, but all I've received is... mistreatment.

Been working with support for the last 3 days trying to get my account setup properly and their responses have been WRONG and INEFFECTIVE. I'm still dead in the water and they just keep telling me the same incorrect information.

I can’t find a way to price my domain to sell them.
